Hi to all,
I really hate when I have to do this, and yes, nothing is for sale here, certainly not the dignity of az community..

I made a deal with that guy about a Runde Hoppe, asked for EMS shipping before I sent the amount we agreed upon.

I paid 1200 CAD, (higher than 1200$) for the cue, my cue was shipped at 15/10 and it is still not here...

He made the worst shipping ever in order to pull out a few bucks, that's definition of cheap in a good paying deal...

I always keep my pms until I get an item, this is a characteristic part we exchanged:

"Will you include usps EMS shipping if I sent you 1200$?"

Your reply was:

"That's fine as long as I collect the full $1200cad and not get charged any fees at western union..."

I did sent 1200 CAD, and that is not an agreement to the slowest shipping ever...

He even refuses to make an inquiry about the cue so that we at least know where it is, hopefully still in good condition...

I left a negative itrader, I don't care what he does, if he replies the same I will take it to a moderator.

I have done nothing wrong and everyone who knows me knows very well that I always cover my deals so that the other party does not have any loss.

Finally allow me to suggest that his good itrader until now has nothing to do with my case, he was simply not fair with me.

You should simply AVOID him, he will do anything to pull out a few louzy dollars from your good paying money.

I've had no problem with him although I live in Canada as well so no issues between us. Sorry to hear about your situation, that would certainly pi$$ me off.
 
Gerard keep your cheap language to yourself, you got a good honest payment from a "low life" and you just pulled a few bucks out of it.
That's definition of cheap.
I have reported this to az and hopefully it will be settled.
Funny thing is I got a negative itrader too, for keeping my part of the deal clean maybe...
Hopefully cue gets here sometime in good condition...

If you paid, how do you get a negative iTrader? Makes ZERO sense.

I hope this is rectified soon, there is no reason for $1200 you cant get some sort of expedited shipping.
 
I've no dog in this fight but all i can say is i empathise with Petros for having to wait this long and not get this deserved cue. More than 30days is plain ridiculous, it takes me that long to ship goods in a container from inland china to west cost u.s...
The longest i've waited for a cue is about 20days from states to inland China...it usually only takes 7-10days max. That was not a nice experience..

I guess the seller could at least check with the courier or any freight service his used on the status? No shipping takes 30days.

Hope things works out and Petros gets his cue soon!

That was uncalled for. Petros is an honorable person who never screwed anyone and had a 100% iTrader before this. I did a trade deal with him and his cue was lost in the mail. Petros took the loss without hesitation or complaint. I would deal with him again without reservation.

I really hate having to post these things, and I did in this case have extended communication before I do, that's how I always do.

The funny thing is the guy who doesn't come clean can also leave negative itrader..
I always think it is necessary people here get to know about these things.
Hoppe at least I get my 100% itrader back.

You were fully inform about the shipping from the very beginning, literally minutes after I shipped it
which you conveniently forgot about several times and I had to repeat to you over and
over again among every other aspect of the transaction which you conveniently forgot
about and I had to repeat to you over and over again... nothing but a headache dealing
with this guy... took a huge loss on the cue to hook you up with a nice cue that is
unavailable locally to people over there as a good gesture and this is the thanks people
get from guys like you... be sure to show everyone all the pm's between us especially
the ones of mine that started with, for the 2nd time.... for the 3rd time....

This guy is nothing but a headache to deal with...for the 2nd time¿
 
Pms are available for az if needed, no ridiculous excuses can justify the truth:
You got good payment, had an agreement and in order to pull out a few louzy dollars you just shipped the worst way possible, that's all.
No headache caused by me, I kept my part of the deal clean, you did not.
You shipped the cue at 15/10 and today, 20/11 it is still not here..
Have you no shame of yourself?

Is there any tracking on your package to see if its tied up in customs? I know with the cheapest options you sometimes do not get tracking on them unless its a priority or express type shipping. Sorry for your troubles.
 
A little reality check for you $57 for one cue is not cheap shipping!
I have no control over how the postal services over there conduct
their business nor do I have control over how your countries customs
Handles packages... do I feel shame? Most definitely! Its a shame I
had to end up dealing with someone like you... because of people like you it
will make it tougher for anyone else to get as good of a deal as I gave
you!

Your tone is not what one would expect of an unjustly put upon seller. From your original quip about him being a "low life", to the above, you've acted like the guilty party who is trying to belittle the injured party to come off better. It seems that the FACT that you received $1200CAD is not in dispute. Therefore, if the cue is not in his hands, it is YOUR problem. I don't care if the shipping was $100, if you used a method that cannot track Petros' package, then all of the grief is yours and yours alone. All he did was give you money. And $1200 for something that has yet to arrive is hardly a "deal". Just for the record, I have had previous dealings with neither party.

From the Greek side they have informed me the package has not even entered Greece yet, that says it all...
I have made deals with Canada members, both sending and receiving cues and never had such problems.
You got a good payment, more than enough to cover normal shipping and you just played it cheap, whatever ridiculous excuses you make simply do not justify that.

How can member who is honestly payed 1200cad get a negative itrader?

For me itrader is measure if i will buy cue from particular person or not,so if i saw there is not 100% i am not buying! I think most of members here think similar. So Petros A. is getting bad reputation here which could be potential problem in future transactions for him.

You never know full story but here it looks like Pockets C. is wrong,
considering his attitude and tone, like lowlife...
 
cheap shipping

I purchased a Schon cue from POCKETSCALGARY last year and he cheaped out on the shipping and sent it Canada Post.I came home from work and found the cue stuck im my door at -30 all day. I opened it and the finish was cracked in 3 places. POCKETSCALGARY would not accept any responsibility for the condition that I recieved the cue in, even after I paid to return it and he saw the cracks.Pay Pal had to take the money from him and return it to me.
 
You should have reported that earlier, better late than never anyway.
So this is not the first time this guy acts like that, what a shame..
I hope moderators at least fix my itrader, I have done nothing wrong and everyone here knows my word is solid.
Thanks again everyone for your kind words, that's by far more valuable than the most expensive cue in the world.

If Petros paid via PayPal, there is no way that the cue could have been shipped without tracking.

Bad business if you ask me.
 
IMO, if the seller needed aditional funding in order to expedite shipping, then he should not have accepted the offered amount for the cue. I would not want to wait for a month to receive a cue, and I certainly would not ask a customer to do that.

The attitude about all of this bothers me more, though. The comments by PC are uncalled for. PC, you said that you informed Petras immediately AFTER the shipping that you had not used expedited shipment methods...what was he to do then?
