Wow! i'm really surprised to hear this.

i've done only 1 deal with samsarakid, aka paul, and he was really easy to work with. we've pm'd each other about a few other things and he's never seemed like anything but a gentlemen to me.

i haven't read this whole thread yet, but i hope you two work this out.
 
i'm with the samsarakid, that seller has a very short fuse;had a bad deal with him on a reworked derby city memorial cue that he messed up and told me "you're lucky to get it that cheap"

just to clear this up this person wanted 2 mottey shirts and i told him all i hav left is 2 xxl he wanted to send them back if they didnt fit (for exchange) i explained that this was not an item i was making that much on to be reshipping on an exchange i simply said no returns on these sell them to someone else if they dont fit i sold dozens on here with no complaints if you want to buy and try you need to shop walmart i cant afford to be shipping back and forth if something doesnt fit i dont care who did business with him to me he sounds like a nit there was know reason for him to respond like he did
thats something a 16 year old would do i just felt like this is someone id rather not sell to.

i told you all i had left was xxl and if that didnt fit how could you exchange it for a bigger size ??when your making just a few dollars on a sale even if i did have a bigger size reshipping would put me in the whole if i had had a xxxl and there was a concern i would have sugessted the biger size to start with since i didnt i simply stated no returns on this deal which pissed you off and you told me i sucked so i decided i would make that public i also stand behind what i sell what i dont offer is a walmart policy if you dont like something or you go broke and cant pay your rent you return something . on most everything i sell the mark up is very little
if there a damaged item i would certinally replace it what i wouldnt do is sell someone something have them return it on a wime and there plenty out there in the pool world that will do just that . as i stated with you xxl was the largest i had left and it was a non return sale i even said that up front before we even did business so there was know missunderstanding your the one that got nasty not me youcould have just passed instead you wrote something out of line your the one that was wrong not me

Wow, this is terrible.

I know that when I am buying something that I cannot put my hands on BEFORE i commit to buy it, a return policy is a big plus. It is great business practice to offer a good return policy. It is not required, but it is good business. The guy did not even want a cash refund. He just wanted to know he would not get stuck with something he could not use, and wanted a little assurance that the seller would work with him in the event that the items bought were of no use to him.

If you are not charging enough money to also provide good service to your customers, maybe you should up your prices or reexamine your business practices ( maybe both). If you made customer service a higher priority, it is possible that you would sell more units and you COULD be more profitable at a cheaper price. How is it the buyers fault that YOU do not charge enough to make it worth your time. Who decided the selling price? You or the buyer? So it is HIS burden that you have not figured out a way to make your own prices worth it?

Then YOU post this in a PUBLIC forum to try and make this guy look bad, and get mad when the PUBLIC chimes in and offers their opinion! YOU chose to make this everyone else business. You get what you get.YOU could have kept this between you and him, but didn't. I bet you wouldn't mind at all if everyone put in their 2 cents and was agreeing with you.

Keep in mind, what YOU do will affect YOU. Your actions have consequences. It is not always sombody else fault when things don't work out the way you would like them to.

In the end you are just stuck with your own opinion. If you don't like that, just sell it to someone else( as you have suggested). I aint buying it, it isn't worth much anyway. Sorry this has backfired on you, but it is your own doing.

How big are they anyway? Are they like Hustlin USA xxl, or Stroke it wear xxl?
Maybe a quick comparison would be the fastest way to settle......
I've always found Stroke It to run a little smaller that Hustlin for the record....

Okay, it sounds like it was stated he can't return the item. He did not like it, and let you know that. He then decided NOT to buy from you and went on with his life. I do not recall seeing a thread started by him on this topic.

YOU got all bent, and decided you could not move on without making a public deal out of it. You take the time to start a thread, respond to the thread, and then insinuate that everyone ELSE who has the time to read it are losers with nothing better to do.


I hope that everyone has learned their lesson and will find better things to do in the future than read or respond to anything you have to say ( including any advertising for products). I know I will.

Someone might be showing there ass and IMO it ain't the kid. You talk about him acting like a 16 year old but I know 16 year olds that would know better than to start a silly thread like this expecting sympathy.
I don't blame the guy for expressing concern, buying clothes can be tricky. Perhaps, being the businessman that you are, you could have responded with something like this.

"Sure, if you'll pay the return shipping I'd be happy to take them back, in original condition of course, Oh and by the way thanks for the business..."

Sometimes customers can be rude and hard to deal with, but what do you have without them. and please don't tell me to butt out... you started this silly thread in the first place.

You really need to consider the fallout from these kinds' of post's. I'd hate to see OTHER AZ'ers second guess buying from you because of this kind of customer service.

These are just my opinions please don't hate me for them :D

it's not that i am worrying about your business.i just thought it was strange to read this thread in the wanted/for sale section.if you don't want comments then don't strat a thread.

i have read your explanation beginning,"just to clear this up" and i am still unclear.what did he do that was so rude,mean and out of line that you had to start a thread complaining about him.i have never seen anything bad said about samsarakid and have never seen him get out of line.it seems like maybe you over-reacted again.

I also have Lee on my do not buy from list. The way he has responded in some threads have left me with a feeling that he is someone I don't want to deal with.

This thread that he has started just confirms it.
