This is a gorgeous combination of woods, ivory, and 14K rose gold. The cue contains almost 2 full ounces of gold and includes the pin and the buttcap cover. The points are recuts and are perfect. Enjoy!

WOW!!!!..do you mind posting the whole pix of that awesome cue...Doug can you post all your collections on the table

thats a nice cue, I owned it for a year, it has the nicest looking butt of any cue I have ever seen...ever. I had bought it with the intention of it being a daily player(I awalys wanted a bumperless player), as it looks very simple from a distance-yet stunning upclose. Problem for me was the hit, it was just didnt have the hit of a cue I could play with, I tried 5 different shafts on it and still couldnt make it work. I let a couple friends hit the balls with it and they loved it, so its just one of those subjective things. Sucks because I love the cue ALOT, man it was perfect no bumper hoppie with gold, does it get any nicer???

I even kept it along time and tried to make it work again, I have maybe 1 hr playing time with it all total. its the coolest Tasc I have ever seen. It is a very special cue for sure. The ONLY reason I didnt keep it is because I have been making a couple moves on bigger cues and since I wasnt using it I wanted it to go to someone who would play with it or have it be a enter piece in their colletion. It just didnt seem right to have it stuffed away in my vault. There wont be another one like it.

As far as the pin goes it is slightly a foward weighted cue b/c of the weight of it. Also its soft if you take a shaft on/off 5 times and rub the threads with your fingers they turn black from the gold that wears off. Not enough to ever matter unless you use the cue for 20 years I just forund that interesting, i'm going into detail b/c its a one-of -a-kind cue. the Burl wood is a bit soft and I dont believe its core drilled and the hit of the cue is a bit soft for me, even with a still shaft. But there is no doubt its a player if someone should choose to use it as one. the Veneers are fantastic, wrap. its a Tasc. and the quality shows.

Very rarely do I ever let a cue shake lose, this is the biggest cue I have moved in YEARS and I will hate myself for that in due time.

Congrats on your new cue.

PM me for more info if you like

Nice cue.

I remember seeing that cue in person quite a bit, both before and after the gold and ivory were added. Some beautiful figure in that burl.

Congrats.

Are you a friend of Eric's? I understand that the cue came out of Pete's shop and went almost directly to him. Please explain.
