Maybe a white material background might not be a bad idea. That way you could use white as a color but it wouldn't count as a color of ink.

Looks great but you have all kinds of shading/gradation in the images. SOLIDS ONLY. Specify PMS color inks that are on the original set of specifications in Mike's original post and never design with a percentage of that color. Still, I like the 3d effect but it can only be obtained with gradient screens and for this printing process, that is a no-no.

I thought the statute of limitations ran out on the CCB keychain recently.
By the way, I still proudly display my CCB key chain on my cue case.
Never made it to the US Open tourney where they were given out, but did get a keychain.

Harold is re-doing his stuff without screens. I liked his designs. Very colorful.
Please, please, please, please, no StickMen. SmorgassBored will be trying to use his StickMan Avatar as the key chain logo and we'll all catch hell.
