Anyone who frequents TSF will notice they run a member of the year thread around this time of year. I think its a really good idea and it helps let posters know their contributions are appreciated, as well as providing lots of banter. So here goes....

From now until the end of the year you have a chance to vote for your top 3 posters of the year. Posters that made you giggle, posters that have offered advice, posters that make you look forward to log in to AzB.

You have one vote, make it count. A simple 1st - [insert username], 2nd - [insert username] and 3rd - [insert username] will be enough. Feel free to add comments on others if you feel the need, but to keep it easier to tot up the votes please add them after you've stated your vote.

Scoring is as follows - 1st - 6 points, 2nd - 3 points, 3rd - 1 point.

Once we have a few votes in I will tot them up and post the current scores every so often.

Its just for fun, and an attempt to keep the forum light hearted and less depressing. Hope you all enjoy. Happy voting :-)

Swanson...not to everyone's taste but my got he makes me laugh. Bieber...I enjoy reading his posts and watching the videos he puts out there. I've enjoyed watching and reading his progression through the game, and I can't recall him ever starting any crap with anyone on here. And Dave...well, just because he fascinates me with his links. Always learning something new from his threads and posts. Just wish more of Dr Dave would shine through on some of his posts.

I would like to nominate John Barton. Even though he is gone, he is not forgotten.

Say what you will about him, you could always count on John for a laugh, a twisted take on things, a passionate response, a death threat.

I personally will never forget the email he sent me once that went, and I quote: "F**k, you, you f**king, f**k." (sighing in fond remembrance) John had a way with words, didn't he? He had such a command of the English language and I was so impressed that he was able to use one word as a verb, adjective, noun in such a concise manner.

And you have to admitted, he kept us all entertained with his chest pounding in the lead up to our match. I mean, it was better than Wrestle Mania, telling everyone what he was going to do to me once we got in the ring in New Jersey, if I even showed up to the ring. Great times.

So here's to you, John. My Member's Choice for 2014.

You've still got another 2 votes Lou! My telepathic skills are coming into play a little...2nd Timothy Rose and 3rd ?

You would've been my 4th choice btw, with John in 5th. That John v Lou thread was quite amazing.
