AzBilliards Katrina Relief Auction

AZHousePro... Kinda figured your "inbox" would be full, posting here instead.

Save a lot of confusion... Set a time frame for the raffles. Allow from 3 days to 2 weeks on item(s) for that raffle period.

Some folks may not be able to get to the internet from time to time, vacations, road travel, and what not. If you set blocks of time, it may be more fair to everyone.

Raffles can be subjective if boundries aren't set. Makes for a lot of legel mumbo-jumbo. Some folks, that's what they do for a living. They wait for an opportunity to take advantage from your mistake.

I know that won't happen.

It might behoove you to add the link to the The Red Cross for the other folks that may want to donate an alternate way.

ok, I paid almost a month and a half ago and still have nothing. on top of that, Mike is asking me to pay for the second auction that I won a few weeks ago.....

I want to know what's going on... this is rediculous.

Maybe an auction shouldn't have been held if shipping a few items out would've inconvenienced Mike too much..... :rolleyes:
 
Different items are being shipped by different people. Some people who donated sent items directly to me and some held on to them so they could send them out to winners after auctions were over.

All of the items that I have will be shipped out this week and winners will be emailed that the items are out.

I apologize for the delay on the items that I am shipping. I have no excuse.

How about the cue raffle for the predator cue? I feel lucky and I could really use a new cue :). Any idea when the drawing will be?

Isn't it "This here's Ames mister" I could be wrong, been a while since I've watched the Hustler, although I've watched it over 5 times. Love the movie. Pick up the DVD if you don't already have it. It's the best!

Theres a huge closed Department store in my area that went out of business. The Chain name is Ames. Big sign on the front of the store. Wish someone would open it up and turn it into a pool hall. If I was rich, I'de do it. I say "if I was rich" because it be tough to make money of a huge pool hall these days.

If I remember correctly this item was sold on 9-26-05.. I have PM'd Mike twice requesting info on where to ship this Player sneaky Pete that has been sitting here beside my PC for nearly two months now. Today is 11-11-05. If I don't hear something by the end of November I'll sell it myself and send the money in privately to the Red Cross relief. This is ridiculous.
 
If you would like, I can send you the address of the auction winner now. Or would you prefer to wait until they get payment to me?

I'm still waiting on the auction stuff that I won and already paid for.... still.... waiting....... :sigh:
 
There are one or two items that still need to go out that I have received payment for. I also have a few more items to put up this weekend.
