What about sticking your barefeet in the commode and giving yourself a "refreshing flush"? I'll never forget that as long as I live.

You guys are serious aren't you? O.K. then.
When I was in 6th grade I ran for Chief of the school street crossing guards and, in doing the honorable thing, voted for my opponent. He won by one vote and later in life made significant contributions to humankind. I, on the other hand , became the small time, pool hustling, degenerate that you see before you this day.
So, to prevent a similar occurrence in my life, I am compelled to vote for me.
Just think of it. LUV 9 , person of the year. Voted on by Posters of AZ Billiards. What an honor. My mother, she should rest in peace, would be so proud.

First I'm thanking Mike, He should just have his own spot yearly for making this great place available to us all. When you sit back and think about the HUGE amount of information, people meeting, buying/selling, new room openings, who's playing whom etc all from this website....it's staggering.

As far as picking one person?....I dunno, too many great posters, and everyone has their own special area of knowledge, or humor, or just telling it like it is!

So, I'm just thanking everyone who posts, and makes this place fun, with a big sentimental nod to OHB!

My two rookie cents!!!!

Having been playing and posting for quite sometime now! I think on this particular site it would be easier to nominate the Non Persons of the YEAR! There seems to a camaraderie and spirit of well being here that doesn't exist on many of the other sites ! I used to post here awhile back and because of a couple of the jerks that seemed to run ramrod here I started avoiding this forum but now it seems something has changed for the better ! not to say its perfect! LOL! :D but it is definitely better than most others! Just my two cents. :)

First, Id have to go with Purdman. He had the balls to back John Schmidt after that infamous thread and came out on top to prove a mass of people wrong. Good going Don!

Secondly, I'd go with Mr. Wilson. When he first became moderator I just joined, I have to admit that I (as well as others) have given him a ton of flack back then, but since then he has really been doing a great job here and keeps the trolls at bay. Plus he is a hell of a nice guy and a great guy to shoot with! Thanks Dave!!! (btw, I just found out that the Saturday night Tournaments started back up)

I don't agree with rep points or how many posts. People are posting about anything and everything, just to post.

Forgot about that one (how could I?) but Tom was certainly gifted with some funny lines.
 
My vote is for OHB (OldHasBeen). He got the AZB room started; and convinced most of us that he actually washed his feet in a commode. If I was an Eskimo, I would have bought an icemaker from him.

P.S. - breakup deserves honorable mention in the "Psycho/Stalker/Troll Who Never Actually Played a Game of Pool" category.

OHB is very much missed, his stories, and sharing of his knowledge of the game.
