From the ACS tournament today in Galesburg. IL. I'm still in the top 8 of the winner's bracket out of 32.

For what it's worth

Only poster I know is 9BallPaul, and he's on a year-long ban because he's such a leftie on the NPR board and a few of the Bush lovers got together and got him banned. He's a helluva shooter for an oldtimer and I'm hoping to hook up with him again at next month's year's Derby.

Also, I ran into Jay Helfert at last year's DCC and plan to spend more time this year in the AZB room. Other than that, nobody.

You guys almost look like you're on the set of the Sopranos. Specially Jim, I wouldn't want to run into him in a dark alley.

Last night in Tampa

I got an invite yesterday from Beware_of_Dawg to join his league. I had the pleasure of meeting up with him and one of the other league members last night. I didn't take any pictures...sorry. I have never played on a league before or competitively in any way. So we met up last night so he can get an idea of how I shoot (or how I don't :wink:) Really, for a beginner I'm not that bad. Beware_of_Dawg was a great guy and I can't wait for January for the next league to start. In the meantime I'll be working on my game a little.

Of course I had already met Tony Crosby @ Strokers, Hillbilly and Putnam. The next time I drive to PA I'm hoping to stop in Greensboro and meet KoolKat9Lives.

Two that standout in my mind are Purdman and Icon0fSIN
They went out of their way to meet and comfort me when I was going through a rough time.
There are many more i will follow up when I have more time.

That is NOT me on the left. I'm much younger, taller, thinner, more muscular and more handsome than that. :groucho:
