"On 10/15/2010 Agentsfrom the South Lake/ El Dorado Narcotic Enforcement Team (SLEDNET) conducted a stop ofa vehicle transporting 103 lbs of processed marijuana destined for the City ofAngels collective. The stop was the result o finformation gathered by SLEDNET during an investigation involving a 3rd strike felon, Robert DANIELS, transporting marijuana to South Lake Tahoefrom Chico CA. As a result ofthe stop, SLEDNET agents along with agents from the Butte Interagency Narcotic Task Force (BINTF) served a search warrant on DANIELS properties at 4491 and 4497 Wookey Road, Chico, Ca. The SW led to an additional seizure o f295 lbs o fprocessed marijuana, 162 very large marijuana plants and an additional 6 arrests for cultivation. DANIELS was booked into the El Dorado County Jail. Daniels trial is still pending. He is using the affirmative defense o ftransportation for the collective."

The info on that facebook picture says with Ray Ficklin. If that is the case you may have the wrong Lacey ficklin. Is there something more that leads you to believe that is him?

Believe me Im not trying to help this scumbag, I would just hate to see someone linked to him if they really have nothing to do with him.

Don't try to rationalize human behavor. People are always asking how someone so "smart" can do something so "stupid". It's like which is first? The chicken or the egg: In such situations, does the risky behavior precede intelligence? Or does someone that thinks they're smart cause the behavior? People sometimes feel they can do things that us, mere mortals, are forbidden to do. There's a sense, as with adolescents, that "I won't get caught." You see this behavior in all walks of life: from Politicians & CEO's who have great power to dirtbag criminals that think they can outsmart the law.

It's called EGO! (if you haven't seen the movie Revolver by Guy Ritchie go check it out. Very introspective on human condition, but still entertaining)

First of all, I am neither convinced or really give a crap whether or not you are the same guy involved in the drug bust.

I do give a crap that while you are supposedly a grown man, you used your mom's credit card to pay for a case from an honest member here and you stood by while that charge was reversed without making good on it to the seller.

Your well documented pm correspondence with the op shows, without any doubt, that you are a total p.o.s.

Others have chimed in that you did the same con move with them.

You may like for it not to be, but *everything* about you is fair game now.

You are a p.o.s. con man in this community.

This is what's commonly referred to as consequences to your actions.

And I wouldn't bother posting anything else for sale on here - there will be plenty of notice provided to potential buyers as to who you are and how you roll.

i bought a cue from him with no problem
he was real easy to communicate with
he has an excellent i trader rating

responded to any of this...but has taken to sending a pm to persons who have respnded to the postings here.

Mr Daniels all it takes is to pay what you owe..

you received the case and then sold it so you are out nothing and have profited from the deal.

I am out what I paid for the case and the case and the shipping and what was removed from my paypal account and the fees that I was charged by your using someone elses card.

How hard would it be to just pay the money you owe?

Looks like he had his Blackcreek FS thread deleted....but it was just more of the same. Blah, blah, blah...everybody who doesn't agree with him is nuts...and not his fault that he illegally used his mother's credit card and she had the charges reversed...blah, blah, blah.
 
i dont know but its a pretty slick way to screw someone out of money, well done.:D
just kidding that sucks, thats why ive never done deals without either showing or seeing the product, to avoid headaches. you definately should get your money back, but at least you have his address.
 
I might be late to the party with this one, but has anyone reported him for credit card fraud? Stealing another person's credit card and using it qualifies, but I don't know if his mom would be needed to push the matter. Although, it does sound like he and she are not on the best of terms if what he says is true.

First off, I think it's pretty foolish to jerk around any AZ member who goes by screen name NSAfellow...just sayin.

I'm always amazed how people can be careless enough to ruin their reputation/name by screwing someone over on a trival transaction like this. Hello? WTF are you thinking?

Making threats will only make matters that much worse for yourself, your only digging your own hole deeper. Man up, pay the man what you owe him and do whatever you can to restore your name, if possible.

is there not away you can contact the police on this because he used a credit card with out permission to buy stuff from you.. I would say some law was broke here... put the creep in jail if you can...... people like him should be banned from this site for good....

It would be nice to have the matter settled but removing the posts would not benifit in the long run. Folks still need to know what he did and that he could do it again.

The fact is that I gave him all of the time in the world to take care of it and he tossed it into my face and said do what you think it wont do you any good.........

It is the attitude that he has....You cant touch me....that is what the problem is and folks need to see it and be aware of it before it happens again.

Most of all folks need to be aware that if a deal goes bad months later like this you need to make sure you post about it...report it and let us know.

So even if it gets settled the facts are the same so I would ask all to leave it as it stands.

That is why in the start of this I asked all who were going to comment on this to read it all the way through before making any posts.
