Bad Transaction with incognito

I left green, It was the honorable thing for him to do and he did step up to the plate on this one.

Just wanted everyone to know incognito made our transaction
More than right.
I appreciate everones support.
Thank you

Awesome this worked out for you. Obviously having went out of the way to help me out one time with some questions I had regarding a cue of yours, I have found you would go out of your way for people you don't even know. So you are one of those who definitely deserves having been done right. Again, glad it worked out...

green rep

i also left him a green but it didnt change anything.
but i did not red rep him to begin with, i kinda figure he was already getting :bash: pretty hard. i hope everyone can restore this mans rep.
He did swallow his pride and took all the bashing and still made it right in the end.

This was AZ at its finest. All members uniting to help resolve a issue. It's just to bad dealings have to come to this. I'll get him green again.

Good job Incog! Way to man up.Also good job by AZers.Every one deserves props on this one.Glad it worked out.Have a great weekend.

aggravation

HI Troy,

Sorry to hear of this aggravation. The mere fact you had to post is unfortunate. I am glad that he is squaring it away as there is no place for this.
Best regards,
phil

Damn...my left hook must not be what it used to be.
I just left incognito some negative rep and he still has
green. How can someone with 195 posts and 2 iTraders
still have that many greenies? Everyone needs to hit this
a**hole with some red rep and truly stand up for Troy,
who is one of the BEST AZer's we have the pleasure of
dealing with. RED REP TO INCOGNITO...
I'm not normally one to start sh*t, but maybe there
ought to be a full-time paid visitor to people who screw
over other people...
We have Marcus who covers the escrow, maybe it's time
to hire a road player of sorts...just a random thought...

George Zimmerman is gonna have some free time on his hands!

(Is it too soon?)

If everyone who makes a transaction on here would take the simple step of

writing an email that includes all specifics of the trade (Item description,

name, addy & phone# of both parties), including return policy, a lot of

these situations could be avoided. You send it to the other party and have

them reply that they agree to the sale/trade as stated in email. This will

stand up in court and I'm sure it would be great evidence for Paypal and

the credit card company as well. I personally would never purchase or

trade a cue without a 3-7 day return policy (from the date of receipt).

Stay

Just stay with the Herceks and the Szamboti's.I am surprised he did'nt tell you your table was off.Are you going to Philly in June?

Nice

I'm so happy to hear that the wrong was righted. The power of the folks here on az are a tight knit bunch and because of that things like this get straightened out. A year ago i was in the same position (cue with bent pin) and the troops rallied and i was made whole. Being ripped off by someone on this site is such a kick in the balls because we do expect to be treated fairly with our fellow azers........to the seller thank you for stepping up and taking care of business
