I'll throw him some greenies to counteract my red, if he makes this right. Hopefully he'll step up here.
Not to be all "I told you so" or 20/20 hindsight, but rather to try (for the millionth time) to point out a far better "cure" for the future than this community pressure to do the right thing directed at a guy that obviously doesn't care.
What I'd do if I was the buyer in this transaction, is reverse my PayPal payment through my credit card and wait for the seller to change his tune. If the seller (a guy I didn't know) wouldn't take my PayPal, I wouldn't do the deal. It doesn't matter if the seller offers a satisfaction guarantee, your credit card company does, and they will force the seller to act as a responsible merchant.
OK, carry on.
Thanks
Kevin
ok, dumbass question of the day ... how do you send red rep? is it just a matter of hitting the report post button?
and feel free to mock me as long as you answer the question within the mocking (funny is good too)
tap tap tap...
chris
There are two buttons, one says "report post" and the other says "add to reputation". Click the add to rep and there is a choice of approve or disapprove. Send him a little message about his actions and choose the disapprove button. This will be red rep. If you choose the approve, that is green rep.
AZ is a small community of pool enthusiasts who like to try out different cues from time to time. Your reputation for honesty is the only way of being a member here. Without honesty, there is no way anyone will do business with you. Life is too short to go around screwing people. Troy I wish you success in getting resolution in this matter.
