copper and other home remedies

i have worn some sort of copper bracelet for years to help with arthiritic hands and fingers from too many years in construction. i will say that they have helped along with regular use of glucosamine chondroitin, so i would be open to trying these products, cant hurt and can show support for your favorite team in many instances. anything that will help with quality of life.

mm4pool...While some people may be helped, new studies prove that glucosamine chondroitin does not live up to the claims of the manufacturer, much the same as ginko biloba.

First Snipe. There are Snipe, also called Woodcock. A very explosive bird when it flushes and it will take off in anything but a straight line. A hell of a test of wingshooting ability. Then there is the legendary snipe. This is a very tasty flightless nocturnal bird. They stick to low ground and will run in the bottoms of ditches when spooked. Usually five or more locals serve as beaters and the visitor gets the honor of standing in the bottom of the ditch holding a burlap sack between their legs to catch dozens, sometimes hundreds, of these tasty birds. My brother's place is overran with them right now and I'm offering guided hunts starting at $250 a night, guaranteed successful!

DMSO. An industrial solvent derived from a pine tree. Touch your skin with it and you can taste it in your mouth in a second or two. It is an absolutely fantastic carrier too. The dye or bleach in whatever you apply it with, the dye in your clothes, any soap residue, dirt or contaminants on your skin or anything that gets against it while the DMSO is there, you had just as soon load up a syringe and shoot a dose of everything that contacts you and the DMSO in your veins.

I had solvent grade and medical grade DMSO around for years. I quickly learned of the dangers and after the first few weeks never used it again. I mistrust the common solvent and lubricant WD-40 almost as much. WD-40 applied to popping knees will make them quit popping, horses or humans! Too much penetration for me.

Scott, i agree that not everybody gains relief from these products, that is why i feel fortunate that they help me. i think a lot of it depends on individual body chemistry and determining what your body may be lacking.

The starting fluid for diesels

WD40 is also a great starting fluid. Pull the plug out of your lawn mower and squirt a little on it and in the head. It'll start right up.

WD-40 is the starting fluid for diesels, not nearly as dry as regular starting fluid and won't wash down cylinder walls. I use it for that, occasional cleaning, and sometimes as a machine tool cutting fluid. I'm slightly allergic to it which makes it less tempting to use anyway. Kroil is a far better penetrating oil and lubricant in my opinion, no idea about the side effects of Kroil.

If you are not shooting well take a sweet potato and rub in on your arms. Your stroke should straighten out after just one treatment. If you are having trouble concentrating you can put some icy hot on your scrote and that will take your mind off of whatever it is you are thinking about.

I don't know if JoeyA was referring to energy/fatigue problems or not but I waterski a lot and take L-Lysine (an amino acid) before a practice set. It gives me more energy and stamina.
P.S. I am also addicted to pool. Love my two passions!
Nell Drake

Nell,
How long does the Lysine last?
Thanks,
Lucky Joe

hey Joey

Spray a little windex on it .....yeah that will do it !! I also drink bragg vinegar .Guess I should move down to New Orleans and be the witch doctor

The voodoo practitioners here would not take kindly to you horning in on their action, I assure you. (But you're still welcome (warts and all). )

DMSO- Di methol sulfOxide if my memory serves me right, I had more chem classes in school than anything, i loved them all, except o-chem.Its a vector, you rub it on your arm and like Hu said in a few seconds you can taste it. Its a very effective way to kill/poisen someone as it carries many substances right through your skin almost instantly. It freezes hard as a rock at around the upper 40's or lower 50's. This is off my memory, i am to lazy to Wiki it.

When my mom had cancer in some areas in the latter stages I have a friend who is a famous Dr/Surgeon he has been on Discovery Health at least 10-15 times, several movies, infomercials. He told me to get ketamine and mix it with DMSO and apply it directly to the pain spots on my mom. Ketamine is illegal unless your a Vetranairian, they use it to sedade animals for sugeries, jkinda like Michael Jaxkson with Propofil, except Ketamine lasts longer, and you can get "Hi" on it. my friend gave me the ratio of the DMSO/Ketamine we applied it to my moms arms(very late stage cancer it was everywhere by then and it provided instant relief. I had to find it on the black market-that took 12 hours and it was the first and only time I bought illegal drugs, so much for the war on drugs. I didnt know the guy he asked me why was so rushed to buy it and noted I didnt look like a user, I said its for pain relief for my mom, he actually gave it to me for free-it was going to cost $50. I mention the Dr being famous because I was suprised he told me something illegal to do but it was in the interest of my mom, I havent talked to him in a year.

I tried it on my back but the pain was too deep in, it made me sleepy though. DMSO aint a joke-i'm amazed its still legal. works for arthritis too.

i made the long post above because if I can help one person who has cancer or knows someone who does thats a good idea-but illegal, but when you see your mom suffer in pain, you dont pay much mind to laws.

even though Hu dosent want to believe me I have a great compassion for the ill and handicapp, I did for Smorg, I made a mistake saying to him what I did but you Hu dont have the whole story. And continue to write me off forever, I have appologised to you many times in public, like right now. I spoke to JoeyA about it briefly in DCC, when we spoke on the phone Hu-I didnt mention it as I wanted to have a nice conversation, I sent you $$$ for Terrys computer, I'd send you $$$ to you if you needed it. and I havent had a single month poitive cash flow 24 months and counting.

Perhaps youi have me on ignore, and wont see this. I sure hope you dont, I do have your email addy.

Back to the OP its all snake oil, magical elixors, potions and tonics, magnetic fields etc. there is nothing legit about that site.:angry::angry:

Shamefully I am very aware of this kind of marketing Gerovacap(SP?) was a telemarketing room here in Vegas that got popped a month before I got in the biz, their best pitch line was "You cant put a price on good health can you?,(Wait for positive answere-then say) ok then Whats your next avaliable check number?". I know all the pitches and angles, its like one poket just out move them and get the $$$, I stopped 15 years ago. I wish I could undo all the harm I caused. yeah there is shame with it, i was talking with a guy we worked together in 93 in the same boiler room, he still feel terrible, like Vetrains I guess you carry that bad stuff forever with you, i dont know

I don't really know how long the L-Lysine lasts but would guess around 6 hours. I just know that I can ski hard and come home and mow the grass and wash the car. If I don't take it, I am sort of washed up for the rest of the day. You can buy this at Wal-Mart in the Vitamin section. Sorry I was so long answering your question but just ran across it. I forget that there are multiple pages...lol
Nell
P. S. Hope to meet some of you Louisiana folks soon.
