I'm not going to get into the fact that JB used J Flowers name and design to create a brand name/product.

But it appears that YOU knew these were NOT Barton made cases and then used your creative writing to skirt around this fact. And when publicly outed, you went back and deleted all your posting to cover up your action.

Making few bucks off the deceit ... is it really worth it?

I really do think that you should apologies to all ppl who participated on your raffle or if you wanna keep it simple you should refund all participant money. No offence but i feel you are not sorry at all.

Dam I'm into tasaddicts flowers raffles for at least $150.
I feel like an idiot. Makes me not wanna play raffles for awhile. Tas make this right!
 
Hey SOUL...I feel your pain, im in quite a bit too. I was shocked to read this thread. :( Not too sure there is a way to make it right. I wouldn't even have a suggestion on what would remedy this.

Mistakes were made and hopefully you learned from it and the backlash. Do what you feel is right to correct the wrong. You will not please everyone, but an honest apology is the beginning. Unfortunately, the dispute is now over. I made it clear that I did not want to ban anyone, but when forced into a corner then I have to do things that I would rather not to.

I tried to resolve the issue again last night and Mike refuses to accept that there is any other way to view the situation than his own.

i didnt really buy many spots on these cases so it doesnt really matter to me, however, ive been in almost all his cue ones...

giving cheap freebies isnt gonna cut it...

if you want to make this right you need to refund EVERYONE IN YOUR RAFFLES the profit you made on these cases...you pulled in $350+ on each of these cases and im weilling to bet you paid 100-150 or less for em...if you wanna make this right, show what you paid for them and refund your profit divided by 46 to everyone...plus give the freebies for cheating and decieving everyone..

just my .02

i think this would all be forgivin if say 4 or 5 $ a spot is givin back...

i couldnt imagine what you were thinking?

I was thinking this site is most safe and honor for buying pool stuffs but according this situation I think I change my mind!!!
Also the beauiful part is the feedback but I read so many comments no one pull the trigger yet, good luck all, hopely same situation wont happen again.

Ya I myself has been enjoying this forum. It works really great to kill my free time, also to get a few items in great price. Tas i agreed with Jsti giving free items or raffle wont kill any pain of any participants. You should at least apologies, then you might want to refund half of the participant bucks or I think u should send the real JB to the winner. At least when you send the real Case ,You show us your responsible of your threads.

I really hope something like this wont ever happen again in this forum coz i do believe it will distract all people who loves this forum.

I am digging deeper into this situation but it is looking like the Flowers case may not have been the only counterfeit items that tas was raffling. Should know more in the next day or so. I would wholeheartedly suggest holding off on getting involved in any of these raffles until more info is known.

Thanks a ton for looking into this. I hope for everyones sake that they heed your warning and request their money back from this current raffle. Like I mentioned before, I contacted Richard Black who could not confirm the cue from pictures.
