Been Caught Stealing? Who is this Guy?

Of course I didn't and yes I was joking.. I was on another forum and somebody emailed links to threads to person spoken about. Well the outcome for that person wasn't too good. He was in a different country so he thought he was safe from harms way. Well it turned out that the guy he was ripping into and emailing people had a friend in a couple towns over from him. Let's just say that this guy ended up in intensive care for his trolling. SO.... After hearing about this attack happing from a different country makes one think... "is this a good idea??"
Like I said the internet is very serious business and people will get what's coming to them. Internet or not.
Does post content mean anything?...or is it just the math?

Well, in one post JJ said he emailed the kid's boss, but then later recanted and said he was just joking about that. Which are we to believe? Could there be a falsification (a lie) in one of those posts? And is lying any less of an offense than stealing? If so, why?
Here's my point: We have all been guilty of offenses in our lives; some of them even being illegal. When our dads confronted us about stealing his cigarettes, we denied it. When we drank alcohol as teenagers, we broke the law, and if questioned by our parents about it, we lied to avoid punishment. When we used company stamps for personal mail, we stole from that company. Even when we've use company time for personal internet use, we were stealing.
I could go on and on with examples of dishonesty, but I think you get the idea. None of us are completely innocent of wrongdoing, and when we have done our wrongs (and maybe continue to do), it has never been the place of a bunch of internet forum members to arrest us, try us, convict us, and punish us.
In the case of the alleged cue thief in this thread; it is in the hands of the judicial system now. And that is where it should have stayed all along. It should have never been brought to this forum.

Are you serious? This whole time, I've been surrounded by criminals on AZB! My world is crashing down around me..
I dropped my car off this morning to have some things checked out. They quoted me $120 to run the diagnostics to see why my alarm is screwing up.
Talk about crooks.. I told them to have the mechanic pull the fuse instead so I can go pay $100 to have a new alarm installed.

I'm sure Derek would have loved to stay in stealth mode so he could join other pool teams and steal their cues, league dues, wallets etc.

I think this guy is getting reamed pretty hard on here. Even if he did steal these cues. Providing it's a one time mistake. The law will possibly straighten him out. 23 pages of dogging him might be a bit much.
But I'm a little divided on my thoughts.
If he does this all the time,and it seems it could be the case. Then I think he deserves all he gets. Some people just don't learn,,via the law,and steal every chance they get.
Which is it here???
If my first scenario,,this guy is probably sitting in a chair,,can't post here, and crying . Thinking everyone hates him and wants to hurt him. Probably going to jail soon and has learned a few things about,,not stealing!!!! And can't believe how bad things are.
If the second scenario,,,,he probably still hasn't learned a thing. Don't care about going to jail or about what anyone says. And might be out stealing now.
Which is it???? That's the question??

Believe that some of us on here can be very funny and have a very dry sense of humor. Some people get the dry humor but most won't because a lot of folks around here are a little too serious when it comes to this board. Have a laugh every once and awhile and don't be so serious. Its like people broke their funny bone.

JJ how can you think what you said was funny you were speaking to the accused directly and in an earlier post you stated you messaged his wife and friends. hes mad at you and you were taking a shot at him plain and simple and when people think you were wrong it was a joke. I really hope you didnt do that, I hate thieves as much as the next guy but people are innocent untill proven guilty if he is found guilty then all the gloves can come off but untill then maybe he was telling the truth.
Ah the good ol optimist... Have you read any of the last 4 pages of this thread??? If you think for one second that this guy is innocent then he better go dig up Joey Chocran if he wants to get off. FELONY charges in the state of Neveda??? Yikes!! Oh and just so he is aware... Las Vegas jails are TEAMING with New Mexico and LA gangbangers that get caught. Its not like a county jail in Iowa... Its more like a prison.

Or better yet somebody that knows him posting about how his name has come up on sereval seperate occassions with missing cues?? They have an investigator looking into other cues missing at the same time??? Sounds legit to me!!
Like mention earlier I'm sure they arrest people on hearsay and not video evidence of this guy lifting cues. I'm sure Mike is lying about this whole thing and got an innocent boy locked up??
