I played with a Schon SL11 for 5 years or so, then I had an opportunity to hit with a Scruggs sneaky. Sold my Schon and bought the Scruggs the same day, and because of the Scruggs I still consider Schon's to be way overrated. They sure are purdy, tho
. I still have the Scruggs, but the shaft has a bow in it, so I now play with a Judd semi-sneaky (fiber joint, couple of 'bushka rings), and it hits real nice. I only have about $500 invested in the Scruggs and the Judd combined, but I got a hell of a good deal on the Scruggs. Also, many may disagree, but I had a Huebler sneaky one time that I liked about as well as any cue I've ever owned.Good luck in your search.

I have 2 Joss's already. One in the 6 Bill range and then an older Sneaky Pete that they used to make. It's actually a cue with inlays etc.. but kind of looks like a house cue I suppose (disregarding the large black band at the joint).
The Joss Sneaky is the cue I play with by far and away the most, and is quickly becoming my favorite cue out of the 3 I own.. Well 4 tomorrow when that Frey shows up.
I'm hoping the Frey will deliver that bludworth type hit that I'm looking for in a light cue. The one I test hit with (my friends) played fantastik!

I don't want to rain on your parade here, but I think Cuetech covers warpage issues as well.. (Atleast one would think they would 
) but I'm not running out to buy one of them either..

As far as the buying experience with cues n things. Well things didn't go exactly like they were suppose too, but at the end of the day JP is a stand up guy, and seems to be a straight shooter. I'd not think twice about ordering another cue from him, and will probably be ordering another sneaky shortly after I recieve mine.

The Frey was a great choice in my opinion. Just want to warn you that rarely can you pick up a cue and know right away, one way or another, if it's exactly right for you.

Well my pool cue showed up today!! The finish on the butt is unbelievable! I love the diameter of the butt, it reminds me quite a bit of how my Schon feels, and the balance point is right where I asked it to be! The cue weighs .4 oz's more then what I specified, but honestly... The words "close enough" come to mind, and I ordered the shaft at 12.75 Millimeters and it's 12.7.
I did say when I ordered it though that I typically play with smaller shafts (12'ish) so that if it was going to be slightly larger or smaller then that #, I'd prefer it to be on the smaller side. I think they took what I said to heart and tried to make it a little more to what I'm used too.
I pretty much just took it out of the packaging, put it together and checked a couple of things and put it back in the packaging. I don't have a case with me or anything of the sort and I'd really hate for it to get nicked up (machine shop, lots of unfriendly things towards cues around here) by not being in something protective.
I'm going to take it home and hit some balls with it, and I'll let y'all know how it turns out!
Incidentally, I'd recomend JP and dealing with www.cuesnthings.com for buying pool cues, and other various products to anyone! Definately a nice guy, and there's not too many of them in the billiard industry anymore.
