Best money player in Ms, La, Tx?

I have a question there, Trick: Why are you asking from those specific places? Are you gonna do some fishing? (if you know what I mean)

You guys only have one US Open winner in your groups. Could it be you are overlooking at least one.

Yea but he works in his own pool room-restaurant-bar so he's not totally out of stroke.
I believe you on that. I was at his place when it first opened about six month ago. He said he hadn't picked up a cue in about 4 months, and then he walked over to entertain some new customers and like ran 3 or for racks. While he was giving orders to the waitresses and trying to figure things on the computer:D

His brother, Ronnie, is trying to teach him the computer. Good luck, LOL.

I know one of the strongest one pocket players in Texas has got to be "the lizard." I forget what his real name is, but he plays some lights out one-hole. He came to the bay area a couple of times since i've been around with some other road players.

Beautiful Dixie

Best money player? There will never be as good a money player in the Dixie as there were in days gone by, when action was prevalent.

Age has a funny way of remembering who's who in pool. Younger folk are only cognizant of today's players, but believe me, the games of stake today are nowhere near today what they used to be in the deep South, and some of the BEST warriors are relatively unknown in today's pool world.

A couple of decades ago, pool players flocked to Dixie because it was well known in pool circles that the South is where it was at.

Me being a banjo picker, I love this link about Beautiful Dixie. When I retire, I may just have to move. Isn't it beautiful?

Isn't that Steve Smith? I saw him on an Accustats tape. Plays great.

Little John
Jamie Farrol
Hillbilly
James Walden
CJ Wiley
Sylvar Olcoa
Tommy Sanders
Jeremy Jones

There are several others. They are not hard to find.;)

The only problem with your list is that Hilbilly and Tommy Sanders dont gameble, James Walden lives in OKC, and Jeremy Jones wuit playing. CJ plays about every 2 years.

Banjo Picker,
That was really beautiful. It has been almost frigid down here in New Orleans for the past 16 days. We haven't seen anything above 70 degrees in the past two weeks. Brrrrrr.
