Love it !!.....the veneers work wonderfully with the Poa shell.

TommyT :thumbup::thumbup:

LOVE the Burl BRW segments in the handle against the straight grain BRW... Nice boxes too!! Superb...

Thanks for you comments Tommy and Tim. This is a fiery abalone. The mid section of the handle is straight grain BRW, the larger sections burl. There is rose gold and silver as well.
Thanks again,

Manzino

Great looking cue and I really like the veneer colors. Hope you like it. Let us know how it plays.

Holy Moley! Is that ever a great looking box cue!
Great design and construction by one of the very best Cuemakers ever!
You will really like this one. A lot!

Great wood, wonderful and colorful inlays!

Phil, thanks for sharing.

Bob is the best --the subtle switch from the inlay in the handle and the forearm one with ivory on the outer inlay and one on the inner inlay!! LoVe it !!

Bank T, Larry, Randy, 9 Ball King, Matt, Victori, .... thanks for your comments. I appreciate them very much. Bob's cues play magnificent and I will play with this along with my current standards. :thumbup:

Thanks Bill and thanks for hooking me up with the Brazilian Rosewood Burl. It may not look familiar finished, however this is that piece of Brazilian Rosewood Burl that you found for me. It was used for the two large pieces in the handle.:wink:

Thank you Will! I wanted to suprise you knowing your passion for Box cues. It means alot. Not to embarrass you, but I consider you the foremost authority when it comes to collecting anything pool/billiard related. I remember our very first conversation probably 5 years or so ago about the ICCS Show. I thought I had too many cues that I never used and wanted to sell around 5 of my 8-9 cues that I owned. I felt I had too many. Too many cues is like too many guns.

Something changed and the next thing you know I am buying cues like a drunken sailor.
Around 60-70 cues passed through my hands in this time and now I have 25-30. The point here is to say thanks for striking my interest in cues beyond their use as tools. You are responsible for striking my interest and I appreciate it, my wife does not. :D
all the best
Phil
