This design of this cue is very similar to the Hunter Cue that John Schmidt was using a few years ago (when he ran 400 balls). I almost bought John's cue from him, and believe me - the price Tommie has on this one is a GREAT STEAL!!! This really is a GOOD DEAL on a FANTASTIC cue!

Is that a Cognoscenti tribute cue by Hunter:-)

Funny question that one. This cue was featured on the blue book. Have you actually looked at Josey cues design and Cognoscenti? The guy that did the programming for Josey did it for Cognoscenti as well. I do feel that Josey and Cognoscenti look more a like than any other cuemaker out there. Hunter cues design are very unique. The only thing similar is the ring work.

"The guy" was me and your info is a little misleading....i did design for my good friend Joe Gold but he took them to another level with his unique and aesthetically ballanced use of silver and perfect inlay balance. as for Josey and Cognoscenti looking more alike and Hunter being "very unique" well Joe helped Bob allot and many of Bob's cues are very similar in style to Joe's, including this one. in fact Joe helped Bob create this design as well as others. all of this doesn't take away from the facts though....Bob is a very meticulous maker and has come into his own and this is a great cue for a great price......good luck with the sale!

I think your designs are awesome actually and I know that Joe Gold helped and helps BH... What I was saying was I find more similarities on Josey's designs and Gognoscenti than Cognoscenti and BH, that is all. The designs is stunning, no doubt :)

Last night, Bobby Hunter was playing when I overheard a friend of mine ask him if he was playing with a Cognoscenti. You should have seen the look on his face.

Bump for a great cue and a great seller. I just had a transaction with Tommie and everything went very smooth. No worries here. Good luck with the sale buddy.
