You know, it's like a marriage. Here you are, going through your day-to-day, figuring the major issue in your life is purses and pay-outs. You maybe don't think you have it all or everything is great, but at least you think you know where the problems are.
When all of a sudden you learn it's really all about keeping track of entries.

To bad this is failing, I really enjoyed the game Bonus Ball and watching those pros play in teams.
Is there another variant that is playable (not requiring tons of material) and aired by a proven competent company?
I would even enjoy watching strong amateurs play a new game.

Exactly.
For some, you run the risk of having to compete with some foreigner.. you know, tall, dark and handsome(or northern, white and plaid). They come in, sweep you off your feet, showering you with weekly paychecks. But, then they realize they weren't interested in you after all. You're not "profitable", you're not a "head-turner", you didn't bring the big "package" like they thought. Next thing you know, you're begging to be back in bed with the same old problem. At that point, you learn to forget about the old problem and just start making up new problems to keep the spice alive.
i was in that trap 10 years ago, i collapsed in South Coast Plaza right after I bought a Lambo for $375,000 one afternoon in 02 or 03, I think 03. I been out of that trap for years, many many years. I know a guy who is in that trap(worse than I was) its a bad spot, the $$$ addiction is bad as dope or worse, you cant get enough and your chasing the next million, even when they come every month it's not fast enough. It looks good from the outside, but it was hell. nobody believes it that aint done it, they think $$$ cures problems, it just solves common problens like rent, food etc then new problems you never hearsd of appear(rich people problems) it aint what people think, 99.9% of the time. Some people are smart enough to avoid it, I wasnt probably cause i grew up with little, i over compensated, dont know i dont go to shrinks and analize this stuff, figure that out on my own over time.
things are good now, i'm happy(except for health problems, but it is what it is)
No one likes to go backwards, whether you go from 50 million to 5 million or $15000 to $1500 it still sucks and is all relative I guess. I was talking with a buddy of mine the other day about street people and how they have less worries then people who actually own things. That statement about the more you own, the more it owns you is very true. More money, more things, more problems and more worries about keeping it and losing it. I guess the best thing to stay positive is to think of where you were years back and how you at this point in your life are probably better off then you imagined way back then. You are blessed. :wink:

While real estate has dropped in Vegas I once in a while take a look at properties there and have not seen anything like a former million dollar penthouse in the Trump Towers for 125k.
i don't, sorry. but it was originally listed JAN 2010. that's why they are renting the rooms to us for our Shows - cause they couldn't sell the units. much like Vdara.
word was, that HOAs were $5K+/- per month, so no one could still afford it @ 90%D. cause several of us were interested when we heard. till we got the bottom-line....
all those new homes that were built 9-6 yrs ago, when 4K/mo were moving into Vegas to build for WMC - they were $80K (3BR/2BA @ 15/Mandalay). in 2 yrs, they went to $240K. they're now available @ $40K.
According to this link, http://www.lasvegascondomania.com/condos/TRUMP-TOWERS.php , there are 38 listings up for sale, with prices ranging from $204,500 to $2,650,000.
Without checking further, it's reasonable to assume that prices have dropped 50% from the peak of several years ago.
