Bonus Ball Schedule Changes

Here are a few bullet points to help you out.

- Ultimate 10 ball takes place during the off days of our schedule so it was much easier to move around one day.

- We made a 26 week commitment to our players and as it is we are barely finishing before Thanksgiving, Mosconi Cup and the Christmas season.

- If we avoided Southern Classic that would be 2 weeks, CSI events in July add another 2 weeks, The US open 9 ball add another week. End of November turns into early mid January.

- Consistency: We want our fans to know that every week they can tune into WPBLtv.com and see Live matches.

- Each team has (2) Alternates they may use at anytime no one has been told they cannot attend any tournaments. The Players are making their own choices.

- Each player was asked which events they wished to attend while the scheduling process was being made Atlanta and Houston asked for the Southern Classic .....so they don`t play those weekends.

- ``kittykat`` is obviously Barry Bremner or ``vpbb123`` who was banned from this forums months ago and also has signed a piece of paper that specifically says he may not be doing anything like this..... He is not to be viewed as a representative of the WPBL or any of its affiliates.

Your mouthpiece has already stated that the fans of the PPV don't matter one iota and that is not the real business plan of BB. I know there are many mouths speaking for BB but try only talking out of one side of it.

I'd love to speak to one of the 'alternates'. Fly to Vega$, stay for 3-4 days to clear $625 before expenses. According to the CJ Wiley income calculation chart, they will lose money by doing so.
 
There was a song by a folk artist; singer,songwriter, can't remember his name. Point of the song was that you can generally walk on a piece of railroad track, until, of course, that track goes out over a piece of bridge, hundreds of feet above a river. Lyric in the song was that "balance is no harder, it's just that you've got farther to fall."

How could Johnny Archer sell his soul like this, to the detriment of American pool's future, stepping on the very pool promoters that have supported him his entire career?!

I just don't understand it. Are times this tough for Johnny?

When young players like Justin Hall are left with nothing when BB implodes, Johnny's future won't be anywhere near as damaged as the others.

He is *not* looking out for the interests of his brethren in this regard.

I don`t have any interest in Pool Politics.
I don`t represent Bonus Ball organization.

I liked what I have seen so far in the Bonus Ball Arena.

I did not think Larry started Bonus Ball with the intent of destroying American Pool and American Pool promoters. He looked like a guy who just enjoys pool. He presents himself as a very easy going, relaxed, nonaggressive , friendly guy.

Pro players need to make a living and based on their needs they will decide which tournament they will play. Don`t you guys forget the very fundamental trait of an American- " Rugged Individualism".

When the Bonus Ball is spread out for such a long period of time it is only natural that it will cause some conflicts with other tournaments. It is just an unfortunate and unavoidable coincidence and I will neither question nor suspect any malicious motives/intent on the part of Bonus ball organization.

The stream and site are not 100%! I doubt bonus ball has sent a mass email and taken a poll from its subscribers regarding possible schedule alterations as a token gesture for the horrible opening?????

The paying subscribers are PRIMARILY azbilliards members in my opinion and in favor of having diverse options in professional billiards events as entertainment.

The fans of pool are NOT bonus ball subscribers and not in favor of tournaments featuring the best players possible according to bonus ball. that statement, Is too crazy to believe!!!! But, that is just what bonus ball is saying and has said numerous times.

Please bonus ball representatives, start making sense and statements that are logical! I would rather bonus ball declare all out WAR on the promoters and classify them as their direct competitors! Then smile and be recluse and non-responsive regarding bonus balls stance on the current industry leaders??? Don't beat around the bush, are you friend or foe?????? Only, Larry can answer that one!!!!!

The events that occurred to delay and set bonus ball back are horrible. But, to sink two events by subjecting them to low attendance by with holding several top players that are fan favorites! Fans are hesitant with their planning because they are concerned about player turnout.

You can't tell me these events are not IMPACTED by your schedule and hurting their room commitment with the venue! Things are very fragile as the new venue is in its infancy as a host site and the casino is considering expansion to other sites if the numbers and money indicate its feasible.

But, listening to Johnny push rotation games and tournaments that he does well in and obliterating one pocket and banks that he historically never cashes in is really getting old. Both, events that have problems only have those problems because they did not put all the money into rotation! One pocket and bank pool are skipped by the UPA elite! They got tired of not cashing and usually only show for 9 ball and 10 ball!!!
