I spoke to Vern Kennedy of Kennedy Construction and he said that Chiborak never made his first payment in time for the construction to begin and claims that checks were returned. It all makes sense now when you look back on all the delays and Chiborak's troubles with his business partner and lack of player payments once he finally launched. hmmm... it certainly seems to all add up to the biggest epic failure in the history in business! he certainly will never be in the hall of fame as he once was heard bragging about! I now wonder how classy it was for Jim Wych of the Mosconi Cup not to tell the world about the contract Chiborak broke with him! I was also told that Chiborak also lost 400k of investor money many years ago before this ill-fated launch!!! I wonder if this big Bob investor knows about his checkered past and all the current horror stories????

Eliza Dushku in my avatar and myself will be putting together a fun spimp's "Well" thread here soon once the ol post count hits the 5k mark.
