We put a good deal of hard work into making this DVD and I am very unhappy to say someone is making copies. It appears there are fakes out there being distributed so I want everyone to have a heads up. If you feel you have one of these, then please let me know and where you got it from, send me the fake and I will send you a real one at no cost to you.

Our DVD covers are printed on poster type paper that is glossy, not regular printing paper, the disc are not paper labels either for Power One Pocket, they are printed directly on the disc surface. Yours should also have an insert inside when you open it that is poster glossy type material with all the chapters on it and info on it and no writing below the disc saying press button to release. We don't use peel-able labels or inkjet printers for them. Our DVD cases are sealed with cellophane over-wrap to show they are new and professionally made.

Man I am sorry to here about this shit, have you contacted the Mod's about this yet? They may be able to get more information about the individual selling this shit!!!:mad:

I do find it humorous that these individuals thought they could make money by bootlegging pool DVD's of all things.

That is why people do not want to do this work, John said he sold one of the first DVDs in Ohio, the next day a guy came up and said "I got your DVD" John said "You Did?" and the guy said "yea, my buddy bought it from you yesterday, he made me copy and I gave him 20 dollars for it."

We need to work together and find out who it is, and out him. My work is copywritten and if he copies my work i will have my sponsor who is a lawyer sue him and call the cops on him, this needs to be stopped and the guy sorted out. If my DVD is done the same, he best expect i will find him and be knocking on his door and he won't like the outcome.

Ask your lawyer if it is advisable to infer threats in public domain too...:rolleyes:

I said, i was knocking on his door, the outcome i didn't say...just he won't like it. That's not a threat. A lawsuit and the cops with me is all i meant ;)

Ask your lawyer if your intent has anything to do with the perceptiion of your statment...;)

I will save you the rate: it does not. If your statements are percieved as threatening, then there are threatening.

It is well-known that I depend on pool for my income, so it is very likely that I am selling unoriginal ideas...

same goes too you, it was a joke!!!!! you know what one of them are, wow this site is unreal. I was being sarcastic. If someone copies my work, which is copywritten, then yes i will find him or her knock on their door and hand them a lawsuit, the outcome they wont like, didn't once say i was going to be violent or do anything other than call the cops and sue them. This way people might think twice about ripping people off and bootlegging peoples work like mine Johns and Scotts.

Barney, i was joking.. text is not how its interpreted sometimes.. i don't have an attitude towards him whatsoever Barney. I was pointing out if my work is copied i WILL knock on who does it and hand them a lawsuit and be with the cops when i call. Not threatening them, just doing it the legal way to stop these people.

Maybe people should out these people.. When someone replies in the manner he did and not explain why he said it, makes me think is it him doing it, does he have some ulterior motive? you never know. If it was advice, then a better wording from him would of been better or a private pm.. I work hard at what i do, and for people to boot leg are work and take are money away is stealing and needs to be stopped.

Me and Mark have all the records of people who bought the DVD's so we can easily find out who it is. As for buying my DVD, ask black balled he might sell you one cheaper, JOKE!!!

YOu and I have had some bumps in our communication in the past...and it is obviously your fault.

And mine too. We probably shouldn't buy an apartment together.
