Shane and Jesse were bound to match up at the Iowa state tourney this past weekend. Shane was on Jesse tying to get him to play heads up 10-ball Bowman declined and said he would bet as high as Shane wanted to go in 1-pocket mind you Jesse has not been shooting at all lately he takes Shane to Miller Time 5 ahead set even 1-pocket 2,500 Shane took it down 9-4 Bowman told him wait til tommorow we will play again double the bet. Bowman gets on the table early practises for a couple hours and SMASHES SVB shane won 2 games it took about an hour Shane laughes and says no way im done id say they will be matching up again this is a rivalry that goes back along time.

If I'm reading your post correctly, the title of your thread is alittle mis-leading, Jesse only seems to be ahead $2500.00, not $5000.00, either way sounds like good action to sweat.
 
You would think that after the DCC that Shane's 1-hole game would comming around to some top notch levels. He basically was learnng the game on the fly from some of the best at it.
 
Railbird-you are correct Bowman was up 2,500 total but hey i got you interested:D

PROG8R-Bowman lately when he plays has been playing 1-hole Shane has been learning from the best but is not quite there yet but after loosing to Jesse he will be back these 2 go back to like 2000 when Shane was 18 battling for the cheese its a toss up on any given day.

Shane did want Jesse to hit the road with him and get on tour like always Jesse declined:D
 
why do some people feel the need to lie in their thread titles to get more attention? I remember the other thread where it said Shane won something when he really didnt it was a completely different player and shane didnt even play in that tournament.

What r u talking about dont reply if you dont like the post start a new thread about it its not bothering anyone but you i was not trying to lie read the post above i stated that i worded it rong he did win 5k but was only up 2.5k sorry cubc to ruin your day i was not trying to make it out to be one of these threads no biggie.

As far as the other post about Shane i did not start that thread so im not sure what you are implying there

No Sir not at all what i was trying to do i understand what you mean about lying on thread post and thats the furthest thing from what i was trying to do. I was being sarcastic in all seriousnes have a good day and if you do match up with omgwtf take him down:D

My take is it was 7,500 ...2500 the first day , then if they doubled the bet the next day then they played for 5000 ...
 
I was sitting next to Jesse yesterday after he lost to Santo, and if i heard him correctly he said that they were even. There was potential for a lot of action this weekend, but most didn't happen. What was SVB doing giving Jamie Fenton the 5 and out AND two games?? Fenton ain't no chump. I want to find out if anyone hears about this Jesse and Santo match for 50 large going down? They were suposed to do it soon. Any word?

shane won the first day, Jesse is now -$2500. Jesse won the second day for $5000. He is now +$2500.

Well, I stand corrected. I thought with the champeens Shane has been matching up against, that this would be any easier match for him.

I wonder how Jesse will fair if Shane decides to concentrate on One Pocket for a few months?

for all of you that think jesse cant play or is on a level below shane! you really need to step back take a deep breath and exhale! jesse is 1 of the reasons shane is so good at this game! take it from me i introduced shane to the bouwman bariks vilmont clan and beleive it or not shane was the underdog! jesse TORTURED shane! and i mean not once or twice for 2 years! and when shane chases you it means you have his total respect! and beleive you me jesse has shanes full and total respect! shane knows jesse can win at any given time! the reason they dont match up is becouse they are good friends! jesse makes alot of money off of people that underestimate his game becouse he is a "pokerplayer" lol! :D
 
the low down!

shane beat jesse for 2500 and the jesse beat him for 2500! they are evan on the money! shane told jesse he will play him in june and jesse said whenever is fine! so i think i know a couple of guys with alot of gear that might not have much to do in june! more to come!:D
