Stevie Moore looked really strong last night against Johnny, not even sure who won but Stevie ran a 3pack, pretty damn strong on a 10fter!

archer won 15-14! Stevie should have put it away but he hooked himself going for the win and archer won the last two games. It was tough watching near the end, they took their time on every shot lol it felt like it took them 2 minutes to think about every shot! They nearly put me on tilt and i was on my couch watching!!!

The thing is with the TAR table having 4.125 inch pockets on a 9-footer and the pros/fans now seeing that level of difficulty it is going to be a little underwhelming to see a 10-footer with 4.5 inch pockets as far as the difficulty goes.

In the long run I think these 10 foot tables will need the same size of pockets as the TAR table (4.125) to really be the true professional pool test they should be. At that point I think they would be the perfect permanent standard that professional pool should be played on.

To move the cue ball around playing rotation on a ten footer it seems like you need honest pockets. Let these tables "season" for a while and once the cloth breaks in 4.5 should be just right. If you always play with brand new cloth, balls will always fall in that shouldn't. 4.125 with cloth that's not brand new will be too brutal and take away from the game IMO.
