Braz Rosewood on Braz Rosewood - Ready for Finish

I posted the forearm before, but I finally finished it up. I'm just waiting on the Buyer to decide if he wants the silver barbells as pictured in the bottom photo or to leave it as is.

Butt inlays are bordered in .006" silver. Point inlay borders are .004 (If I remember correctly).

All silver inlays in the rings and the design between the points and in the butt are one solid piece of silver.

Cue will get a Brown Lizard Wrap. All white is Ivory.

I've been working on another one with over 200 inlays all bordered in Silver. It's close to done. Will post it up when it's ready. I keep getting burned out from making all the pieces, so I'm taking it slow.

looks good tony...i love the ring work...plus when you post pics of cues getting close....it means mine is getting closer....

Personally I'd like to see it get an Ivory colored wrap. That would be sharp. I think the barbells are too much, Still very very nice.

The cue's not getting the barbells. It was originally going to have an Ivory design next to the silver pieces, but I didn't like it. I thought of the barbells when I was cutting the silver parts out for the butt, so I cut them out.'

I asked the Buyer and he said to do the barbells. 10 minutes later, he said leave it as is, so that's how it will be.

+1 for no extra barbells.

This cue sucks. Send it to me for proper disposal.

You should try an ebony on ebony cue. Just for grins.

Nice work, Tony. Love that ringwork. Doesn't need the extra barbell inlays. I don't think it would look right not to put the new ring in the bottom. Very Schick-esque, Chicago styling.

Meh... it's alright, I guess.... I wouldn't kick her out of bed.... ;)

I'm with this guy. Its a solid 6 on a scale of one to 10.

Kidding. This cue = pure hotness. All I can say is... dude, I think I just filled the cup.

Call me crazy but........

After looking at these pics, I think this cue would look killer with a tan lizard wrap as well! Even cognac as well. Something about this cue is screaming Tan Lizard wrap to me! By the way, the cue is stunning. Kudos Mr. Z!

I agree, a dark colored wrap is gonna take away from the cue.

I also agree with leaving the barbells out. Too much and it takes away. I think it is perfect the way it is. Great work Tony.
