Breaking rules...what am I missing here?

Make a template that has equal gaps between balls, that will not allow the wing ball or head ball to automatically go. Go back to luck of the break.{at least for a while}
Also, has anyone tried putting the one on the side of the rack and breaking them from that position?

Are you talking about the 1-ball on the wing yet still breaking with the head ball, or still breaking on the 1-ball from the wing position?

Either way....Corey would figure out a way to overcome the rack. :thumbup:

Interesting idea though.

The balls get racked by the Ref in an old fashioned triangle. Once the Ref racks 'em you are on the "shot clock" you can "examine" all you want, but it won't be re-racked and it's cutting into your breaking time, that would mitigate all this nonsense.

Get on with it and stop mucking around.

The problem with that is a guy who is good at moving but not as straight a shooter as his opponent will slug rack.
