My Positive Experience with Greg Sirca

During my first discussions with Greg, he promised if I wasn't satisfied with the cue I could return it for a full refund. I want to say that Greg was true to his word and when I asked to return it he immediately agreed. He even paid the return postage. This was my first experience with Mr. Sirca but I hope it won't be the last. He is good to his word and that makes all the difference. Standing by your work and your word is most important. If you are considering one of his fine cues you can proceed with confidence. Thank you Greg.
 
Flawless transaction with Nine Ball

Just received my Rick Howard J/B from Josh(Nine Ball), good communications all the way, was patient in waiting for my money order, received the cue packed securely. Wont hesitate to deal with you again! :)

My recent transaction with Joe was interesting to say the least. In the end it turned out just fine. Adding a link to our deal was a little over the top but hey that's the kind of guy Joe is. All is well in the end..

I want to publicly say THANKS! to Jack Madden... i recently bought my second Jack Madden cue and had some minor issues with it.. but Jack was very helpful in emails and on the phone.. i was just looking to get the cue fixed and was willing to pay whatever it costs... and Jack took amazing care of me.. he and his wife are both great people to talk to and deal with.. even though i never bought a cue directly from jack, we have talked many times about it and he has provided top notch customer service like i bought 10 cues from him..

the problem was , i had a cue that he had once replaced the joint with a soft ivory subsitute material (kind of a plastic) , anyways.. the shafts didnt quite line up correctly, there was a tiny lip from where the joint and the shafts fit together.. and honestly.. that wasnt the main problem with the cue.. personally.. i didnt like the way the cue played.. to me it didnt feel good at all.. so while discussing fixing the lip on the cue, we found out that because the material was so soft it actually deformed slightly and caused the lip.. anyways.. i sent the cue back to jack and he replaced the joint with a new steel joint, i guess that was what was on the cue when it was bought new..

so I sent Jack the cue, and told him , i didnt care what it costs. just please fix it!! the turnaround time was unbelievable.. from sending him the cue, he had it less then a week.. i told him to keep the cue as long as he needed as i was in no hurry to get it back.. but he told me, he wanted to take care of my cue and get it back to me.. I wont disclose exactly what jack charged me, but he took exceptional care of me and it deffinatly cost him more then it cost me..

when i recieved the cue, the joint was perfect.. the cue was perfect, everything was perfect.. he must have gone over the entire cue and made it like new!!! i couldnt believe it when i got it back.. it played amazing.. (my opinion of course) and to be honest.. i made it my dailey player for now... i was at my wits end with the cue because , i couldnt play with it for the way the plastic hit felt.. and i couldnt sell it because of the fitting of the shafts..

BEST THING I EVER DID was to talk to Jack.. honestly.. i dont think i would ever sell it now.. :)

Jack and Bev provide awesome cues and amazing customer service to everybody which goes along way in my book.. I would never hesitate to deal with Jack ever! and at this time, i am designing a cue to have jack build.. since both of my other cues were bought from the second market, i look forward to the day i recieve one made just for me.. :)

Feldz23 excellent transaction

Bought a McDermott Zooba cue from Feldz23 and the deal couldn't have been easier.

Shipping was incredibly fast and he's quick on the draw with responding to PM's as well.
