Carbide sanding arbors

what is difference between sanding arbors and mantinence kits? I am ask it because apparently are same,
 
You usually buy a set of 2 sanding arbors. One set is used when you have finished turning the but or shaft & it is left just a little oversized. You screw the sanding arbor on to the butt & sand the joint flush with the arbor. The arbor is made of a carbide material & will not be worn down by the sandpaper. Then after the finish is applied you screw on the finish sized arbor. It is usually .005-.007" larger than the 1st arbor. The use of these arbors will assure that ALL of your shafts & butts are interchangeable...JER
 
we did sell sanding arbors and had them on our site we are re desiging our maintence kits and sanding arbors and should have ready to go late sept or early oct the sanding arbors will have carbide rings on them a set will be 2 pieces but and shaft our old one were butt and shaft in one piece. the maintence kits will be $30.00 the cabide arbors will be more not sure we are working on several soucres for our carbide to bring these to our customers at a real good price as soon as there done they will be posted on the front page of our web site and also on here thanks lee
