shot starts around 35 min 30 seconds

sick shot!! I thought he was going to stun/draw to get shape. Until he shot it. Jaw dropped.
reminds me of that corey deuel shot a couple of years ago.

I like biado. Reminds me of Kiamco's demeanor, stance and stroke.

lol corey did the exact same shot and everyone was debating here how he did it.

Not sure if your aware but there's a long thread made about this shot. It was made right after the tourney a few weeks ago.

woops. not aware. my bad. just watched the match today that's why. thought people would like to see

sorry for the double thread!!!!

that's ok it was worth seeing again. This shot is giving me fits at the practice table.

I can't quite figure it out. The only time i'm able to get that line, i have to crush it and and the cue ball travels much further than I want it to.

You can't crush this shot, cuz you will kill the english coming off the 2nd rail.

Watch how he hits the cue ball...it's not a hard stroke at all...

The shot is a variation of something that's a bit more common in three cushion play. You have to have the right angle, and recognize when it's possible to do or not, otherwise I don't care what type of stroke you put on it the action just won't take on a pool table. Carom table is another story...

Given the proper angle, essentially you use a bunch of inside, and follow/middle/draw as needed, so the cue ball is not moving too fast when it hits the opposite rail. Then the inside essentially becomes running english and opens up the angle like you saw. It's the decreased speed that turns into pure rotational energy that enables the action, so you have to hit the first ball rather thickly and with the right speed.

Great shot, especially given the small window, few players would even think of it. Probably was a bit easier in that situation given the score, he was killing it... I watched the whole match, he's my new favorite player, what a monster...

thats a sporty shot for sure, its one of the best shots i seen in a long time.

He was front running and free stroking at 6-0. Still a nice shot but Corey's was much harder IMO. It looked cooler anyhow :) Johnnyt

Nearly impossible to do without clean everything. Dirt robs the spin off the first rail leaving nothing for the second.

WOW!! That was sweet, Biado had to play exact position to have any kind of shot on the 7 where Corey had a much bigger area to get to, but both of the shots was really neat to watch.
