it would be great to still be able to bring both cue & case onto a plane as carry on luggage.
To be honest however, i am pretty sure that i could do more damage to a person with the butt of a cue than i could the sharpest pencil i could find.
Great idea about getting in contact with the tsa & leaving a suggestion.

i'd keep in mind that on a plane you're in a very confined space. Not a whole lot of room to really swing and hit someone with full force. Can't swing it over head, really would only be able to swing it side arm within the small opening between the top of the seats and the over head bins.
I think an individual could do much more damage with a mechanical pencil or a screw driver both of which are allowed to be carried on to a plane.
if you’re going to the derby i challenge you to a duel.
Me using the butt of a cue, you using a sharp pencil.
I will be picking my dad up at the louville airport & we can sneak onto a plane there....
Just joking of course.
It would be quite a victory if this campaign succeeds.

Jay,
You might put this on your Facebook page as well. Just a thought.

I'm wondering if there has ever been an incident with someone using a cue as a weapon on a plane. VERY DOUBTFUL!
Let's inundate them with suggestions and complaints about this policy! Nothing like being the squeaky wheel. If enough of us contact TSA, they will finally have to discuss this in a meeting of the higher ups. There is strength in numbers! I believe in the power of AZ.
