Lyn...Don't forget that the Tropicana hosted the Miller Lite events back in the 80's!

Harrahs tried to do a series of tournaments a few years ago, but quit after one event, which had a low turnout.

Also...4 Bears Casino in ND holds a big annual regional barbox event sponsored by Samsara. On a smaller scale...the 8-Ball Inn & Casino in Great Falls MT holds a lot of tournaments.

The Plaza in Vegas held two BCAPL events a few years ago. The Golden Nugget did something with the NCS. Thought the Sahara hosted the BCA 8 ball events before the Riv. Next year the Tropicana will join the list as will Bally's.

> Fitzgerald's in Tunica,Ms had a few pretty nice tournaments there,although there were rampant yet valid complaints about the condition of the tables at the last event. The word was that the tables were delivered by Valley,but set up by a crew of guys from a temp service,rather than set up by qualified people.

The year before that,in the finals Rafael Martinez ran 11 racks from the lag in a race to 15,handing Archer the worst loss I've ever seen him take at 15-4. Tommy D.
