CJ Wiley vs Dennis Orcollo

36 games into the match and they are having a discussion about what happens to the 7 (spot ball) on the break? Remarkable.
Dennis 20-17 now.

I mean, that's cool and all... But what's the SCORE? :-)
I'd give you a link to the stream but they shut the stream listed above down around 20-17 and restarted on another stream and you have to be a member or know the exact stream link to get in.

Final score was 25-18 Orcollo.

It was kind of like the Reyes/Wiley match back in June. In that one CJ lost 6 of the last 7 games after leading 10-9.

In this one, CJ lost 8 of the last 9 games from a 17-17 tie.

[And CJ was ahead 7-2. So he lost 11-23 from that point.]

A table getting tighter has the same effect as players getting weaker -- 7-ball becomes a bigger spot.

How do you know anything about a table being tight man . All you do is sit in a basement and handicap people . And if by a slim chance you do play then I want first dibs . Let's get some action going bud !

Exactly, but also the same makes playing both physically and mentally more demanding. Thats most likely the reason why DO got the edge over CJ towards the end ;)
But well played by CJ anyway:)

Fargo is 100% correct! The very tight table guaranteed Cj a opportunity to the table almost every rack. If the pockets were bigger Cj would have been at a greater disadvantage. That being said my hats off to both players for a very good match to sweat.
