I started writing in my blog on AZBILLIARDS today and will add things on a regular basis. For now you can see some of the things that have been in my FaceBook. I'm working on a new documentary about Earl Stickland's MILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE win where he ran 11 racks in a row for a Million Dollars {Annuity}. The fact that the odds were 7.8 Million to 1 AND the following Legal Battle makes for a VERY interesting show (and YES, he did get paid!). I went to your website and clicked on "Blog," but can't find any entries newer than 2010.

But I thank you in advance for putting your writings on your website; some of us just don't use Facebook.

The cool thing is that if I miss something you post on FB, I can see JoeyA create a thread with the same info/thought but not your name here!

Thank you as well for your insight from a professional perspective as to aiming systems and how you feel that they benefit a player. Us amateurs need more of the professional opinion (with interaction) on topics like these.

You're certainly welcome....after over 15 years away I'm suddenly getting a burning desire to get involved again....more than any other reason it's just a huge disappointment in what's happened to the game....mainly the lack of Big Media coverage....it is still, in my humble opinion, the Best Game on Earth!!!

Everyone has a right to their opinions and I'll always respect that, however I'm only interested in promoting the game and the better you play and the faster you learn, the better for the synergy of pool as a whole.

I read many of the posts about the aiming systems and I admire everyone's passion about their own beliefs...that's always a good thing (if it's expressed in an adult manner).....and like I told Stan in Tunica "you will never convince everyone that your system is perfect, just be satisfied that it works for you and the people you teach"..... because when you get into disussions of perception and unconscious matters EvErYonE SeEs iT dIfFeRwenTlY :eek: So everyone can be correct....in their own mind :wink:

CJ Where are you these days? Seems whenever I see you you are in a different place. Dallas, Pelham, Alabama with Jimmy. Just wondering.
 
CJ you going to start playing the pro tour again or just smaller events? Also, you still get in action or you dont gamble anymore.
 
most on here will not understand/relate what your talking about when you start discussing your thoughts/approach at the level you are/were playing at. They will enjoy you telling stories though.

I haven't been in Alabama in several years, and I'm not sure where "Pelham" is?....just been in Dallas working on some projects that are pool related....recently got the green light to get a location for another CJ's Billiard Palace so there's a place to do tournaments and steaming video.....slowly, but surely getting back into the "pool scene" ....how about yourself?

You are getting the most hits with this thread here on the Main Forum where there are more viewers that in the Aiming or Ask the Instructors Forum - that's because this is where the most traffic is.

There may be a lot of viewers that don't know who you are so can you post a vid of one of your matches to say hello to them...like when you beat Efren...if you did. LOL
