I have always thought that after X amount of years being married to the same person, that you should get a break on your taxes, some kind of financial incentive to stay together...etc. etc.

But being married to a pool player for 50 years, calls for the Congressional Medal of Honor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great job- second carreer (marriage counselor)

Please tell us little timers - how ya pulled that one off. Dated my wife 20 yrs before marriage . I'll definitely go deaf first before another 20-mark.
 
Congrats Randy.

On my grandfathers 50th I asked him his secret to a successful marriage. He said, no matter what happens just say yes or ok to her.....and everything will work itself out.
 
Randy, do you think you could help out that poor sap (BasementDweller) in the other thread whose wife isn't happy with his pool playing? If anyone has the answers, you certainly do.

I'm sure your secret is never to go to bed angry or with unresolved arguments. With 50 years in, I'm sure you've never had to stay up more than 3 or 4 nights in a row. :D
