Oh and would he play "anyone" at snooker too? ;-)

JAM- Please tell me that Keith and Corey were out golfing when they took this photo?!? A top ranked Professional pool player proudly supporting our sport of billiards...wearing a "Titleist" hat! I have nothing against Corey, golf or Titleist, but comn' wear a Brunswick, Jacoby, Hustler, Predator, Simonis or something related to billiards! I think this is where the newbie to pool can lose interest, JMO! Now, if their on the golf course, then this comment is void!JAM said:I kind of got a kick out of the proposition. We'll know that pool has made it big time WHEN we see that Disney commercial.
In an ideal world, Julie Kelly wins in Vegas this year. As she's walking away from the TV table with her cue case in tow, a reporter will ask, "Julie, now that you've won the 2005 BCA Open, where are you going from here?" In her Irish brogue, Julie responds with a big grin on her face: "Why, I'm going to Disney, of course."
Disney is not such a pipe dream anymore since the Orlando Open is right around the corner in August!![]()
Last time Corey and Keith matched up, it was my suggestion that Keith play him one-handed. Corey said he'd play ever shot with the rake. It didn't take long, and it wasn't pretty for Team McCready, with Corey coming out on top!
With bright eyes and youth on his side, the only game I can think of where Keith and Corey could match up on a level playing field is one-pocket, with Keith getting 8 to 7, all the breaks, AND, of course, a neutral racker!
Come get you some in D.C.!![]()
BTW, at one time, Alex Pagulayan had an open challenge to the world to come to his home pool room in Canada and play EVEN 9-ball. He received no takers! A year later, he won the 2004 World Pool Championship in Taiwan!

Again, nothing against the names mentioned, just that it shows we don't promote our own sport when the opportunity knocks!
