this is just what i was thinking when i poted it.....jerrysubdude1974 said:Went for around 550. Only thing I can figure is that is isnt a crack as much as it probably was broke in half. I couldnt believe it went that high he first time. But for 2 shafts, that is what I would bid on.(If I was bidding at all) The rest is garbage to me. No telling what else is wrong with the cue. What has been done to it, who and what work has been done to it. To much unknown history on this one.

Did you see the quote on the add? Is this for real?
"Due to Ebay's new policy, Money Orders are no longer accepted. Payments must be made with Paypal." :boring2:
Shhhhh. Don't give people any ideas......ibuycues said:At a minimum, some local cuemaker can cut off the buttsleeve and use it in a cue. Worth at least the going bid.

Could you p.m. me his contact info. please? Bob C.TWOFORPOOL said:Believe it or not I know a cuemaker that can fix it and you can't tell unless you magnify the crack to see it.
I didn't know this. I've had some bad things happen to me with Paypal and it's my last resort for payment. Their fees are just too high IMO!toomanybugs said:"Due to Ebay's new policy, Money Orders are no longer accepted. Payments must be made with Paypal." :boring2:
This sounds like ebay is digging a hole for themselves with all these new policies. The new policy outlawing ivory will hurt the custom cue sales.Mick56 said:Here are some of eBays new policies.
For Books, Music, DVDs & Movies and Video Games listings: Remove any references from your item descriptions to shipping charges that exceed the maximums. Listings in violation are now being taken down.
Make sure your shipping charges reflect the new carrier rates: by January 5 for UPS and by January 18 for USPS.
Remove any references to checks and money orders from your listing descriptions. Starting January 15 these listings will be taken down.
If you are shipping globally, add customs "disclaimer" text to your description to help protect your Feedback.
A return policy and handling time must be specified in your listings by mid-March.
