Cue lost while shipping - anyone seen it ?

hi guys,

i shipped a cue to Clifton Watkins, Arizona, on March 18th .

it cleared customs and then disappeared en route ...

the tracking number is EE797226321HK and the picture of the cue - a tascarella - is attached.

Cliff and I have no issue between us - the purpose of this post is in case anyone sees this cue at their local hall, please let either of us know ...

perhaps the delivery guy just swiped it ...

any assistance in the cue's recovery would be very much appreciated.

the post office has no idea where it is or how it just vanished.

Ow. I will keep an eye out, in case it comes through Alabama. Sorry to hear about the issues.
 
Sorry Kam for your lost. Hope all went good, all Postman never realize what they do when stole,putt the Package for the House when rain or Snow, or brutal Sun.

That's a sick feeling when this happens. We lost a case a couple months ago - disappeared without a trace. At least that's replaceable.

Hope it turns up.

Yer killing with that prized picture of it, I want it so bad I could just taste it now after seeing it, makes the pain worse. We are dealing with the ineptness of a government enterprise here which really is a downer. Lets hope for the best and it turns up

Mar 18 was not that long a go. When I traded with a member on here from Singapore, both our cues took about 3 weeks to get to each other and we both senMine had said t express air mail. Mine had said it cleared customs too, and took about another 10 days.

Maybe it will still show up.

I have seen tales of similar delays involving overseas shipping. Got my fingers crossed!

How about the cue? Woods, veneers, age, wrap, etc... Loooks like a bit of an ugly stick...ugly like a friggin 67 Stingray. (which makes it duble badass!)

I'll be on the lookout here in the South Eastern part of Virginia!! Hopefully it all works out and it's just a problem with the snail mail system. Good luck!!
 
We lost a Tad cue or at least we never recieved it. It came directly from Tad after making a new shaft and a refinish.

Tad got the insurance and sent us a new cue. YEA!

But that has been my only problem in probably nearly 500 cue shipments, between myself and my buddy $takehor$e.

Hello Kam,

I will look for it here in Northern California and in Las Vegas.

I had a UPS shipment "go missing" one time and it was 47 days
before it re-surfaced and was finally delivered.

It was a $17,000 Holland & Holland Double Rifle, so my customer
and I were both "sweating bullets" the whole time.

UPS officials had no explanation as to where it was for those 47
days. However, they were having problems with a contract
renewal between ownership and employees during that period.

Very suspicious, for sure.

just can't shake feeling really lousy about this whole thing ...

i don't mind spending when needed but just losing money .... :(

specially when things are so tight everywhere ... it just sucks ...
 
I say we take a hard line now from your end and get those government odies off their donuts. Your post office needs to really rattle USPS's cage over this


Oh I'm just frustrated too...............back to my donut and scotch
