Do any of you know of a cue manufacture that will make a 64" cue for a customer? If you know of any please let me know. My first choice would be a 64" Sneaky Pete. Thanks for your help. Shoot well my friends.

Balance Rite.

But other than that. Sheldon Lebow might be an option.

Go to the Billiard Warehouse website. Click the Schmelke cues, click Schmelke sneaky petes,
click Schmelke R1R. IT will take you to a page were you can customize the cues length and other options.

Call Schmelke directly. David will give you a good deal and is a great guy! I wouldn't bother using a middle man, like billiardswarehouse, for custom work.

Not everyone has a setup to create a 32" butt and shaft.

I have had two extra long cues....one John Bender from NJ which was a even split 31 and 31 cue and my current which is a Mike Gulyassy which is 60 with a 5" and 10" extension ala Earl Strickland...both excellent cues....

I can highly recommend both....

I do like the Gulyassy extra extensions...

Give Mike Gulyassy a call at Baby's Pro Shop. He has made several overlength cues for the guys who play on 10 footers. Great guy and top quality work.

I'll second this. I've ordered two semi-custom 60 inch sneakies from them recently (waiting on the second) and they do great work. (http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=342191)

They usually finish in about a month.

I would think that most cue makers would make you a 64" cue.
Gulassy makes Earls javelin, so maybe that`s a good place to start?

This, however, will limit your case options quite a bit. Which is why most opt for a standard cue, or even a 60" plus a screw in extension. I have a standard 58" cue with and had Jim Baxter make a 10" extension for. Jim is also known for his 60" cues and will certainly make any size extension you would want

I have several 60 inch cues but 64 with out an extension added might be tough due to the centers on the cue makers lathes.

There are a ton of cuemakers that would. However, there are a lot of cuemakers that can't, due to not having equipment capable of doing so.

A 64" sneaky pete? I'm sure nobody will catch on it's not a house cue. :D. Johnnyt

you could prod DBK/dmitry http://forums.azbilliards.com/member.php?u=14951 : 62" to 64" are common sizes for russian pyramid cues , DBK not only crafts pyramid cues but pool cues too , he knows the pool tapers specificities verrry well , so , IMHO he's one of the men for such cue.
he will, for sure, be able to make the cue of your dreams, especially when it comes to big sizes fully spliced.
may be Jim Baxter could help ya for the process with DBK ..
