Cuemaker wont ship my cue

Still waiting on the status of the poster... anything moving forward?

Sometimes it's better to use a friendly neighbourly maker instead of someone living on the other side of the continent...

I am VERY much confused as to why this is being "tolerated"?

Take your friendly biker crew (you do have biker friends, do you?) for a leisure drive and visit your friendly cue maker "friend.
And then sue, sue and sue again in court, the verdict is rather quick and easy.

Europe looks like a nice place to live again the more I read here...
Our "delays" are more in days or maybe 2 weeks tops.

I'm afraid I would have to drive to Illinois and it would be a very ugly conversation. I hate these situations. I'm fortunate to have been around this business for so long that I now know who I can trust and who I can't. It's not any different than any other business...............there are people you can trust and then there are the other pieces of $hit.

Wow Timothy, I thought you had finally got Searing to resolve this. I recall when this was aired out here months ago. That's terrible.

It was never resolved. He never responded to any of my emails after he received the cue. His only reply was when he saw it on AZ or his nuthuggers told him about it. Then he replied my email and say he was driving and he will text soon. Pretty messed up situation. I never wanted him to refinished the cue, he told me to send it and say its perfectly fine and he can get it done within months. Its been two freaking years, nearly three.. And no reply! Sigh!

_ucking Absurd........buy a plane ticket, go to his house, get a local police officer to be there and demand your cue back........the cop is there to keep things under control........if he doesn't return your cue, go straight to the police sun-station and file felony theft charges. If you wanna get this public, get someone to video the entire encounter and put the video up on you tube.....pull back the drapes so the world can see him for what he actually is.......indifferent, a liar and just rude.

Lets see, Kingpin made the statement above two days ago and was online yesterday and today. I am not sure who to believe. Seems to me Kingpin has made promises very similar to the alleged cue maker. I'll do this or that then nothing. I do agree with being done waiting. I could care less now.

I see a new reality show in the works.. Forget Pool Poker and Pain... Cue Repo's... two big guys get in the face of guys holding cues hostage, punishing them for stupidity and lying.... This series would never run out of episodes. Or we can get Jon Taffer to do "Cue Rescue" to straighten out these less than business savy guys...

I have never been able to find the proper recipe for that. Makes the soil more acidic.
Tomatoes will grow nice now.
 
I have been out of town so It's hard to find the time to post on AZ. I do come on to see what's been happening but haven't had the time to give an honest update. I will be back home tonight so hopefully I can catch up on things then. Thanks all.
 
OK, The cuemaker stated on Monday that the cue is done again. It was going out Tuesday. He asked me to text him my address because his old phone broke. I havent received a shipping number so all I can do is hope it went out. Im sure it went out this time because the other 5 times didnt seem to work very well. Either way my faith in the human race has dropped a notched. I will check this off as being my first lesson learned in dealing with the pool cue repair industry. G
