Dan Louie vs. JD Doherty

Dan Louie will be playing John "JD" Doherty in a One Pocket Match, at Golden Fleece in Kenmore, on Sunday around 8pm.

That's all the details I have right now. I don't know for how much or what the race is.
 
Mmm, I actually think JD moves a little better than Danny, but Danny is such a strong shooter and position player...it's an even up match in my book. :thumbup:

Dave's been trying to get a hold of me. Do you have a number for the Golden Fleece?
 
Danny has said a few times that JD has an edge on him in One Pocket because he doesn't play it that often, but I would also take Dan as well.

I asked JD the format and all of that, and he didn't know. Which means all of that stuff will be decided just prior to the match.

Linda, ya got a PM. I put it in a PM because I wasn't sure if the number I had was the main business number or Dave's cell number :)

Does anyone have a cell phone number for J.D.? I would really like to get a hold of him and catch up on old times. Tell him Greg from the old 211 is asking.

No, but I talked with Jeff last nite... we hit balls together at my house (I finally got a table)... Jeff and Danny chat regularly. Jeff said that they started play at ~7:00 pm and played all night... until ~5:00 am and they broke dead even. He didn't mention the stakes. I'll ask.

And they agreed to resume play sometime this weekend. Jeff's thinking Friday night.

p.s. I know who mike is and would like to see him playing JD for big $$(1 pocket of course).

Linda-The Golden fleece will be listed in Kenmore Washington..or just ask Andrea she knows everything lol..

Hey Dave! Long time no see. Last time I saw you was with Jeff at Jillians...

I don't know what the stakes were, but the format was 6 Ahead, and they played even. And broke even. All that hard work for nothing, but at least no one lost any money...lol

They taught him too good Linda.Vince told me JD was the best one pocket player there, before they shut down.Rod.
