...This is all very disheartening.
I can think of a few choice words other than "disheartening," but that's a nice way to put it.
Pool players and diehard railbirds are not the emdodiment of Poe's Raven. Nevermore, I say. Nevermore.

If Jose' is a US Citizen (which Joey from CA has posted that he is), then he is a Filiipino American, regardless if he was born in the States or not. I can't even believe that there would be anyone that would disagree with this. Not sure either Fred but maybe Jose considers himself a Filipino that lives in America. Is Jose a citizen of US now or has some visa that allows him to live here? I don't know.
I do not have dual citizenship and I was born in the Philippines. If someone ever hinted to me to take the word "American" off of my nationality, it would be worth fighting about.Fred - maybe you have dual citizenship or you were born in US by FIlipino parents?

I'm talking about their sheer existance and how they control and do buisness in the sport....
During the cllashes between between dom Mackey of Pro Billiard Tour and BCA, it became it became evident that the BCA was a power house with respect to pool.World Pool Associations recognized only BCA as the representative of USA.Those are different kind of politics anyway.Bottom line is tthe BCA is the power house.
Yes, they are and represent the industry members well.
Professional pool players, on the other hand....
I edited my post to add one more thing there.
