I could substitute the word "forum" in this quote with the words "professional pool", and these two sentences would say how I feel.

I have all the respect that I can have for you oldzilla. You do a lot for pool. You are NOT part of the problem, but.........professional pool, from some of the players to some of the commentators to some of the streamers.........it's just a joke. Anything BUT professional.

Maniac (only one man's opinion, but certainly entitled to it!!!)
 
So somebody isn't quite sure what they heard but it might have been shocking.

I've listened to hours and hours of Danny DiLiberto on accustats videos and live streams and not once have I heard him say anything like that.

I have heard him impart a ton of knowledge to the listening audience.

sadly it isn't just pool, it's the majority of the human disgrace.

Unfortunately, commentary of a pool match can hardly be called "in public." With the low numbers of viewers, the comment almost has to be considered as "between friends."

We should be so lucky that it rises to the level of a wardrobe malfunction.
 
Who recorded the stream please post up this section on youtube i extect we will hear because hes short. Not because he has a short @@@@
 
I agree that the world has become a world of trying to catch someone in "gotcha" situation. Somebody might have seen a nipple in an avatar, (wasn't true and if it was you would have needed a microscope to see it), the Paula Dean is another perfect example.

Why the OP would want to bring this up IF it was true is puzzling. Like I said earlier, lighten up, I have never heard of Danny saying a cuss word ever, in fact many people who has known him for years and years say he doesn't cuss.

Some other nit saying hope there wasn't any kids listening...give me a break. Again, a story that isn't true, and now is getting blown up even bigger. AGAIN, IF Danny had said it, are you telling me that you think this would move a rating beyond a "PG" at a movie? Are you saying that some kid is so tramatized that he might go to rooftop with a rifle?:banghead:

Then the OP wants to date me apparently because he is giving me suggestions on how I can improve my looks....sorry bud I don't swing that way, but I am not judging you because you do.

Frankly I am sick of it.

Let's talk about pool, this a pool forum. I watched 2012 Match between Landon and Earl on Youtube this morning, and frankly it has been the best thing to give me hope for the future of pool. Landon was professional, classy and put a thumping on Earl that he will never forget.

Danny and I have been very good friends for over 10 years. I tell you a little story about him.
I met him after one of his commentaries where while he was discussing something that happened during world war 2 he used the term JAP. I called Pat who I also have been friends with and told him I was disturbed by Dannys term. As my mother is a Japanese American. Now I know Danny is from that period where people used that term commonly.
But so was the N word.
Pat told Danny this and Danny immediately called me and apologized from his heart.
Im not going to argue with you wether Im too sensitive or that other BS. What did happen was Danny manned up. He looked at it from my point of view. He said he would change his way in deference to my feelings.
We became friends over the years and I am friends with his daughter Amber as well.
He really is a good man and has a heart like champion. He has faults like everyone else but I am proud to call him a friend.
I am also an internet friend with JAM who is also a good person and basically loves the game. I wish you all would leave her out of your issues.
Im sure Danny in a moment tried to make a joke. Wether it was in bad taste or not he would be the first to apologize if he felt he offended someone. PS He loves and respects Alex

Nobody is dragging her into any issues. She herself is the one who decides what she types and how she words things. Therefore is responsible for her own actions. Each of us is the one that decides what threads to respond to or not and nobody else

Another thing is that I don't think he ever swears -- at least as far as I have ever heard -- and I am not talking about in the booth either. He's just old school like that and doesn't at all.

Put the short clip of what he said on youtube and link it to this thread. I think it is necessary to dispel the thought of him saying it from peoples' minds. I meant no harm to Accustats. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to be one (unless you refuse my money of course). As for Danny, I apologize if he hadn't said it because I would be at fault for putting the possibility of him saying it into peoples' minds. I apologize to Accustats as well. In retrospect, I shouldn't have started the thread whether he said it or not. I know you have it in your mind that I was trying to stir the pot...I wasn't. I was honestly wondering if I had misheard him. I didn't see the big issue when I posted the thread, but I do now.
