SWROOSTER: Ya make a good point, as friend of DANNY MEDINA and a PR-MAN by nature, in my enthusiastic efforts to help him get back in action, l may have been going about this the wrong way, in the future l'm going to concentrate on lining up a stakehorse for any CHALLENGE MATCH that may present itself...in other words:

I wish the best for Danny, but coming on here and asking for a game AND a backer at the same time just reeks of desperation for some reason. IMO it isn't likely to make people jump up to help. Posting a long list of who he would like to play even is probably your best start.

Now keep this in mind - l ALREADY stated in earlier posts DANNY MEDINA IS NOT NOW AND HAS NEVER BEEN THE PLAYER WHOSE APPROACH IS: "What kinds weight you gonna give me ? " So WEIGHT ISNT THE ISSUE HERE:

Out of courtesy and respect for his fellows Players he really didn't want to call any individual out....

So l spoke to Danny and suggested we do this geographically, he agreed.

Mr.Medina and l as his spokesman have taken a lot of criticism for saying that a CHALLENGE MATCH OFFER HAD COME FOR A PROFESSINAL TOURING PRO FOR A $5000. 10BALL LONG RACE. That negotiation were underway.
Then l had to comeback and report: THE PROFESSIONAL TOURING POOL PRO HAD RESCINDED HIS CHALLENGE.
It left the Forum readers who are following this saga with the impression that we were just lying about having received a CHALLENGE MATCH OFFER as announced. l asked THE CHALLENGER TO ANNOUNCE HIS CHALLENGE TO THE FORUM. Nothing. And now you come here, MOCKING.

TELL THE FORUM WHO YOU ARE AND LET THEM DECIDE WHATS LAME-ASS.

2 questions:

Also, why doesnt he have a backer in Colorado?

Again, not knocking Danny..he was a very good player but it is kind of bold to say he will play anyone in those states and can somebody please put up the money for me

It really seems like the thing to do would be to come here with money in hand - like the people do on the Wanted/For Sale section when they say "I have $2000 to spend - show me what you have".

If Danny had a stakehorse and put up a list of people or states (assuming there is some kind of residency clause in effect there) then I have NO DOUBT that someone would step up.

But as it is this whole I'll play anyone and oh, I need a backer as well, is really not going to get much in the way of positive responses here.

Now THAT is funny. Of all the people in the world to call someone on tooting ones own horn. Any time there is a thread on cases on this forum and you inevitably get left out (either because you build an inferior case or because you are just such an ass that everyone cannot stand you and would rather leave you out) you without fail show up to cut into other peoples work and brag and flaunt all the merits of your cases wondering why people don't give you more respect.

It is not at all surprising that Danny would rather forget about knowing you if your personality in person is anything like it comes off on these forums.
