DCC One Pocket - final rounds

I’ve seen every player in the world do that. The newest, best shape cube around.
There must be a chalk shortage as well as a food storage then:) I've only ever seen the Europeans do that (for 10 years), and now once in a while some of the others to try to be "polite". Never a Filipino though.

Are you implying that he stole the chalk? Maybe it was his chalk. I always have my own chalk and keep it in my pocket.

No, I didn't mean it that way. For decades of watching pool, no one except some Europeans were using their personal chalk and keeping it in their pocket between shots. Everyone else was using the venue provided Masters chalk and keeping 2 or 3 cubes on the rail, and sharing with their opponent. This match, Efren seemed to be putting the chalk in his pocket every shot. I haven't ever seen him do that before. Just weird seeming him do that.

Accustats shows too much 10 ball in this event. It was supposed to be a side show to the main 3, and now it's the most view time. IMO, they should only show the last 3 matches of the 10 ball.
Totally disagree. For some of us the Bigfoot challenge is the highlight of the week. Big table, tight pockets, select field, single elimination with no buyback. For the banks, one pocket and nine ball I'm more interested in the last few rounds than the preliminaries.

What a contrast in humanity.
Efren, gracious and kind

Not to get too off track, overly sentimental, or quasi-religious, but having genuine idols in this world isn't a luxury, it's a necessity! It's only through viewing our idols that we see our own imperfections. Efren's humility may ultimately be his greatest gift to us all. When I see it on full display, I recognize how lacking I am in this department and I strive to do better.

My appreciation for him grows the closer he gets to the finish line.

Set up the table for just one day in the arena, and the early rounds have it outside, and show the bank matches. It takes them 30 minutes to swap the tables. I've seen them do it several times with my own eyes.

I also think they should limit the entries to 350 tops each event. Having more just makes everything nuts.
10 ball was like a week ago???

If this thread hasn't turned into the biggest know nothing thing I've ever seen, I don't know what has.

Is this the depository for ignorance? Seriously

This always confuses me. (0) in yellow means (0) losses. But in this example why is Fedor yellow but with a (1)?? (1) is supposed to mean you've lost once but have not bought back in?
