Diamond tables have a new rail system?

Not to be negative Glen, but if the change is so slight that it probably won't even be noticed, then, what is the point?????

I said a change in the rail design probably woundn't be noticed...but the change in the play of the tables will definately be noticed.;)

Maybe the way Brunswick GCs bank , isn't so wrong afterall ... perhaps it's a change in that direction ??? Was it B'wicks bank long ORRR Diamonds bank short ??? Modifyin subrail angle will correct that , wom't it Glenn ??? do tell .. LOL ... How are Ya ??

Doing great Howard, but even a GC don't play like a normal GC when I get done working on it....now does it:grin:

So did any of the GC's play 'normal'....I's II's or III's? And when you get done working on a GC and changed its normalness, what changes have actually taken place that will affect play immediately?

This will take us to new heights

I have a book from the late 1800's ,The Theory Of The Ball.

It has the info to make a Diamond play better.

The rest is up to RKC.

All GC's played normal as they could, did they play at their best?...No, not one GC that I've ever worked on...couldn't be improved in the play to a better standard than factory built....even brand new. I'm not talking about as in changing the cushions to make the tables play better, I'm talking about the specific design of the rails changing the way the table plays, using the same factory cushions.

But, like I said already, the only table manufacture willing to listen to me....
is Diamond:grin:

Glen

Glen did my GC II.

Glen did my GC II. I had a friend come over who plays just a hair under pro speed at most games and pro speed at least at one game. He played on my table awhile and said, "This is amazing...any table I've ever played on I always had to adjust either long or short when I play the diamond system. On your table I hit the rail where I'm supposed to and the cueball goes exactly where it's supposed to."

So, yes, when RKC gets done with a table it's like blueprinting an engine: you get the maximum performance.

Great!
Take a video banking on your table if you can please.

So I take it, if Diamond is listening, its for good reason....
