I smell a rail build/rebuild off! I'm thinking both would play the same I hope???? Is it just the method used and tools used to rebuild rails that is different?

Trust me Rob, no one would be able to tell the difference
Between Glen's rail or my rail....for playability.
We just do sub-rail work different.

Look for the sweat marks. :D

While I'm thinkin about it why don't you guys just refer to the super rebuilds
as Pro Class or Pro Tuned. Youins took the best from the angles and the bevels and misc
pieces and parts to make a top playing table. Why give diamond the credit?

Actually if you want to be correct about it...it's called the "G&M calibration"...that stands for Glen & Mark calibrated rails...and seeings how we got there first....everyone else can only copy us:D

Hmm, well why not M&G calibration? :duck:

Ehh, they both sound hokey.
Have a contest for the best terminology and whoever wins gets their table "xxxxxxx'd" by one of you.

Because I'm older than Mark...so I'm smarter too...and besides....G comes before M in the alphabet:p:D

I agree with that..we use more Brunswick spec's then Diamond...we're not done yet...Glen is thinking about something new again....just wondering how much it's going to cost me in tools this time????

I think we're going to get the Artemith cushion to play absolutely perfect...I'm more than sure Glen and I won't give up until we do.:grin-square:

Make it play softer and bank longer, and it'd be perfect.

table

Artemis has got to be the most pricey part to buy...
-why is the german cushion line so high priced? Rubber can't be that high priced there'

You are absolutely correct..that's what I'm trying to work on right now.
Everyone likes the speed of the Brunswicks...I just need to set the artemith cushion a little differently to get the right speed....we'll see soon enough.
