Diamonds Action

This is the place that films the action right? This should be a good one.

It would be great to hear how they are playing. Maybe I can get some of that easy money from Jay Helfert. :p

even,10ahead

Now, if I can only get Jay Helfert, the money man, to OK the bet.

My sweat bet is $50 (even money) with Jay Helfert, ONLY.
I take Schmidt over CJ. 10 ahead. No finish-no pay (that's some protection for you Jay)

I like Schmidt...CJ hasn't caught his old stroke yet as far as I've seen.

I like Schmidt too, but if CJ could catch his old stroke, that would be a heck of a match.

Does anyone know what time? or anything else about this match??

im assuming you like J.S.??? if not then i will make a small wager with you payable the next time we see each other (if you even remember who this is)

i like John in this game.

I gotta go with John here. Sorry.

The CJ of ten years ago would have been the favorite. But he has never regained that form he had when he was traveling the country, playing super high (25 to 50K sets), and beating everyone, Efren included.

Although John may be a little rusty now, I still see him as the favorite playing 9-Ball against most anyone. He handles the bet pretty good too.

too bad

;) too bad your not in dallas cuz you guys would be able to get a sweat bet from people in the pool room. it looks like action is picking up here in dallas.....cliff is here, so is scott frost, john, billy incardona, david g, cj....scott and billy i were on the phone two nights ago telling tony chohan to come down and play...also...so this seems like a good spot for action right now..;)
