Been eyeballing a Predator SP6GN for a while. Just got laid off so i'll have to hold off for now.

I bought a Sony Handycam HDR-CX210 video camera on eBay. It's essentially new and comes "Certified" with a 6 month warranty from an official dealer. I think it was a display model or something.

I plan on using this for practice, so I can critique my game. It will also be great for local tournaments and big events like the DCC, Tunica, the White Diamond Calcutta, etc. etc.

That's pretty much my Christmas gift to myself, but I can actually share it with friends and family. It's the most expensive thing I'm buying during the holidays, so the fact I can share it keeps the guilt factor to a minimum.

I bought a new Fury Extreme Shaft. And I am bidding on a New Palmer 4002 Cue for it, so the Joint collars will match.

No, not this year, but seeing how my birthday is coming up in a couple weeks I would accept a nice Southwest as a gift. You can bring it with you when you come to visit.

:)

Rufus;

Would you settle for a northeast?

Looking forward to seeing you soon, buddy!

Happy Holidays (and upcoming b'day)!

best,
brian kc

Shameless plug in case you decide to treat yourself to a new years pool related gift =)

Hope the eye procedure goes well... I cannot even imagine having to go thru it... When you get back to hitting em regularly shoot me a PM and I'll send you out a few R&D tips to test out if you are up for it..

Chris

Mr. Brian,

May 2013 bring you good health with good eyesight & a better than good stroke.

I need a case but have not decided yet, I'm thinking about a 2 x 5 John Barton 'nylon'. It'll be a late Christmas present to myself.

Merry Christmas & Best Wishes for your eye procedures,

I got a brand new magnetic chalk holder on Friday.

My wife and I were having a few fun games after Scotch on Thurs night. She scratched in the side pocket. I had my chalk in hand. As I grabbed for the cue ball, I dropped the chalker in the pocket and missed the cue ball.

The ball pushed the chalker down the trough and it probably dropped into one of the chalk holes along the way.

Anyway, I tried out the new chalker today and man, am I ever impressed. It works much better than the one I lost. Oh well, after 20 years, it was time for a new one anyway.

Its sad tho, lots of good memories associated with the old one. I will miss it.

got my JB prototype case. also thinking of picking up some different joint protectors.

I ordered matching joint protectors from Chris for all my Nittis.

I'm also thinking about a JB "Mason" case.
