As reguards the value of Efren's original cue stick, It's purely a complete guess and is not the point of my post
I've used a cue stick before that only cost about $60 and I ran a 100+ balls in straight pool with it, whereas alot of high end cues I've owned and shot with, (Inluding a Meucci Gambler 2, that I had for 6/7 years) I wasn't getting the same results with any of them, which is making me consider the possibility of going back to a basic 2 piece cue stick, and just customising it, by having new ferrules and tips put on, shave a little off the taper, etc

At home I have many high end cues and cases but here it's a different story. The cue I play with over here is an old players cue. I took the linen wrap off, put sharpie marker all over it, then I put two duct tape wrings for the wrap, took my leatherman and carrved out the forearm to make it look like a leapord type print, put a couple stickers on it. I stuck a predator shaft on the cue and there you have it. The Afghani special.
Thanks, John

Why thank you my friend!!!!!! It hits better than my Tascarella! Ok that was a joke. LOL.tonmo said:runout1961, tried to rep you for posting that stick of yours, but was told I had to spread my rep around before giving it to you again!
That is the cue of the day for sure.

Hal has contributed much to the game, how about you ?

I paid $6 for the cue, but I had someone put platinum and gold inlays of little blades and laser rays, and Hasslehoff faces. Then, engraved in diamond and human-bone, it says the nickname I gave my cue: Blaserhoff. Well-worth the money spent.
