I got an e-mail from San Diego Slim on something I have fs. He stated he lives in Kentucky. His profile states he lives in San Diego. He just joined the forum this month. Could this be ChrisC????

I will say that he comes across quite interesting. Started slamming a cue maker from a deal 15 years ago and made a great story about a cue that he sold years ago and would like back. Started off on this forum with a bang....... If he's not a former member, no matter who, he sure knows how to make an impression.

San Diego Slim

I bought a cue case on ebay a ways back,on the tag it read San Diego Slim and a phone #.The case looks to be 30yrs old or so.Also has the key to open it up attached to the dog tag.

I met him this morning, he was charging tolls under his bridge, I mean that is kinda what Trolls do. I also suspect by the smell that was under that bridge that Slim the Troll is kinda full of $hit. ;)

on the tag reads san diego slim 4427 Georgia 597-9845,this is what was on the tag when i bought it,pretty nice case.

I am from Kentucky and I really resemble that remark! My wife only weighs 200 pounds...but she is kind of tall at 5'2.
 
i once had a case that on the inside of the pocket it said california slim. nice one to probably well over ten years old. hand tooled and everything.

I am talking to Mike this evening about this guy. The message he sent me stated he lived in Kentucky. It is suspious given the fact that ChrisC is also from that area.
